Mike was wonderful to have during the sales process and beyond. Upon delivery, Donny and Ryan were fabulous to have in our home. We had a new Trane furnace installed with an air scrubber. Their work was meticulously executed! Ericka in the office took really great care to make sure that everything was attended to. Fred was also a pleasure to have in my home for the final inspection. Everything from beginning to end has been carefully attended to and taken care of. I highly recommend this company!

We had the Trane furnace and A/C installed by Donny and Paul. They both did a phenomenal job from start to finish as the final product looks and work great.Not only was the quality of craftsmanship superior the attention they put into cleaning up after left us nothing to do but enjoy our new system. Also Quentin, who sold us our system, gave us all the information we needed to make our decision as well as being personable. I will definitely be a Quality customer moving forward!

What a great experience! I had a new furnace and AC installed today and everyone I worked with throughout the whole process was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough with the information they gave me and with the work that was done. Tyler came out first to look over my old system and helped me confirm that it was ready to be retired. He really helped me understand how HVAC systems work and explained the difference between what mine was doing vs. what I could expect from a new one. Michael came out next and did a great job explaining the different replacement options I had and set me up with a system that worked best for my home. Erica handles dispatch and she got things setup and was also there to answer any questions if I had them. Donny and Ryan completed the install and showed up on time and did a fantastic job with the install, cleanup and the final walk through to go over my new system. Everyone was friendly and it was clear that they took great pride in what they did. A friend told me that he was very happy with this company and I’m so glad I took his recommendation. I couldn’t be happier and I’ll definitely be recommending them in the future. Great job!

Great customer service still exists! My experience from booking with Shannon to a service check by Donald was such a pleasant surprise. Donald took great care to check an older gas furnace for me during the recent sub-zero temps. Donald didn't try to make me feel bad for not knowing all about the mechanics and didn't try to upsell me either. I was so impressed, grateful, comforted that I started a maintenance program on 2 furnaces and 2 a/c units. I'll ask for Donald to return if he is available for maintenance but the whole company seems top-notch.

Donny and Ryan did a great job installing our new Trane furnace and air-conditioning unit. Their work was very neat and professional. They did a great job cleaning up when they were done. They were very polite and respectful. The same goes for Josh when he came out to do the follow up. Quentin was also great In helping us find exactly what we needed for our home and getting the whole install process started. I would highly recommend Quality heating and cooling for any of your furnace/air-conditioning needs. Thanks again.

Colin and his crew were very professional and efficient. They ran in to a small electrical issue during installation which they handled in a timely manner. Overall I’m very pleased with the service that Quality Heating and Cooling provided.

Great customer service by phone dispatcher and Cody Ocel. Cody gave great detail on issues and even showed me photos. Whoever served this furnace before I purchased put us in a very dangerous situation by bypassing some wires that could have been terrible I’d say to whoever is reading this you should have a service person come out before you buy a home that 100 would have been money well spent because that would have had me move on from this house get a warranty atleast. I’m going with A Quality for service though once I get the 6 grand together but for now it’s going to be a cold winter. God Bless those who don’t cut corners

Ryan and Danny were excellent in the professional way they treated me and my home. They used their time well, spoke quietly, respectfully to each other and to me, gave me a furnace that runs quietly, and very well, even heating the upstairs which had never happened so wonderfully in the past 40 years I’ve been here. (And doing this in fierce winter weather). They were also able to make changing the filter a dream to do, by putting it in the front of the furnace instead of the back, and have it fit securely in a simple slot instead of getting into the interior of the furnace itself. AMAZING!!!
Josh, the man who has come several weeks later to do adjustments, as well as answer every and any questions I might think to ask, was also quiet, respectful, quick and did all things well.
I hope this company appreciates them and their professionalism and their dedication to excellence. I can say a heartfelt “thank you for your service” to each of them.

Following our service call, Mike gave us many options and recommended the perfect unit for our home. He did not upsell us and explained exactly why he was recommending the perfect unit.
Donny and his helper Paul did the install. Super knowledgeable and explained what they were going to do, did it, and then discussed with us what they did and answered all our questions. We are very happy with the furnace and appreciate the much quieter, more efficient Trane. Great work, thanks guys.

Quentin was very detailed, patient, and personable. He explained what I needed and why, and explained it so that I could truly understand, he made me feel comfortable, and was not pushy. He even came over afterhours since I get out of work at 5, so it was nice to not have to miss work for such an important evaluation and discussion. Quality Heating and Cooling had a lot of great deals going on, and after all the other companies I had come over, their financing was the best option as well. Quentin had Colin come over the next day and he installed the entire system and was done by 3! He put in a new furnace, new hot water tank, new AC, and a few extras. I didn’t know this but Colin builds custom sheet metal to suit your home project, right in his truck outside your home. The team was very respectful, quick, and left my basement area as clean as it was before they came over. I am beyond pleased with this company, Quentin, and Colin, and feel very comfortable that they will be my HVAC team for years to come thanks to the warranties. I highly recommend! Also, a nice touch was the text they send you when they are en route, it’s a photo of the sales or hvac tech, and it gives their bio. So that’s pretty cool, you know who is about to come into your home, and it helps build trust. Five stars!

Our technician was John Williamson, He listened to my concerns and walked me through my boiler system and it's functions. Then went through our system and pointed out concerns he had. Also relieved me of my original worries. We will request his service directly in the future. All and all very happy with the service provided.

Great experience with Blind and Sons on my furnace maintenance. Daniel Ody, my technician, was polite and very informative about what he was doing during his visit.

Blind and Sons installed a new Lennox furnace and AC, Lee Lara with sales was knowledgeable, helping us choose the best system for our home. Installation was managed by Colton Dennison. His team was efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. Highly recommend this company.

We wanted to share that Eric Cosey performed some electrical work and also installed a ceiling fan in our kitchen. He worked very hard and efficiently. We were also proud of his efforts and professionalism at our house.

I Had Blind&Son instal an 50amp electrical outlet for my car charger. I called them two weeks after I gave them a down payment for the job. They acted as though they didn't know what was going on. Then to find out the parts they ordered for the job was in the shop ready for install! Then I waited a week for the electrical technician to install. The technician was absolutely the best, but the company you work for sucks!

Denny Tingler was amazing, he had a wonderful personality, answered all of our questions, gave estimates on repairs and/or replacement of our water heater, and had amazing patience as he waited and answered all our home warranty company’s questions. We will definitely go with this company when it’s time to replace our water heater within the next couple of months!
Also I mentioned that my gma needs service on her boiler and he referred me to have Blind and Sons take a free second look at my grandmother‘s boiler and that the guys Blind and Sons have love boilers!
The free second look will possibly help me save money by giving me a lower quote and possibly make more money for Blind and Sons! If I choose Blinds and Sons for me gma’s boiler it’s a win-win because Denny had the customers best interest in mind and the best interest in the company he works for by possibly saving me money and possibly making his company more money, what a great employee!!
I feel like I can trust Blind and Sons company because I feel Denny Tingler is a trustworthy guy, and he is representing the company he works for (Blind and Sons) very well!
