My elderly parents had Brian come and give an estimate in September and he said he would be back in the 2nd week of November which he never showed! This week my parents finally got ahold of him and he said they will be here on Tuesday or Wednesday. It is Thursday December 9th and still not a word from Sherwood Tree Service. It appears the job wasn’t big enough cause it was only some tree trimming not removal. However, my parents money is just as green as a tree removal job! If I could give a negative rating I would! HORRIBLE customer service!

Bryan and his crew are no nonsense and all business. Showed up on time, after day or two notice, and got job done in one day,. Took down two trees and ground both stumps. Other companies said be two day job, these guys hustle and we're done by 3pm. Their rates were very comparable to other quotes we had gotten.

Bryan is an excellent communicator, who is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, reliable and hard-working. I had Sherwood take down a very large tree in my backyard. They had it down in a day and all cleaned up. I definitely would recommend their services. They are reasonably priced, and get the job done.

Mr sherwood and his crew were very professional. They showed up on time, went over their game plan and verified what needed to be cleared with me, and when things were completed the work area was left in great condition. I couldn’t have asked for better service at a very fair price, they really knocked it it off the park for me! Highly recommended!

Within two and a half weeks of contacting Sherwood they were at my house to remove two large trees from my backyard, ground the stumps, and ground two other stumps in my front yard. The trees in the back weren't entirely easy to get to but they removed part of my fence and had them both down in less than 4 hours. After dealing with another tree service for four months that didn't stand by their word and wouldn't set a date (not even the month they could do the job), this was a huge relief. I would suggest Sherwood to anyone looking for a tree service company with great communication skills and response time.

These guys did a great job. They removed a huge maple tree in our back yard and it was no problem. Good price and good company.

BEWARE!

Make sure to read the "fine print" on the waiver, it's there for a reason!
He might have the best price, but there's a reason for that too! His huge truck completely cracked our brand new $20,000 driveway.

He easily could've went through the yard or neighbors gravel driveway, but chose to go through the driveway. Everyone I talk to says you never pull that large of a truck on the driveway.

Instead of apologizing or being professional, he blamed it on the driveway, saying that it wasn't made up to code and I should see if there was a permit pulled, because he guaranteed there wasn't.
I called the city and sure enough, a permit was pulled, the driveway was inspected by the city and signed off that it was done to code.

Instead of making situation right and at the least apologizing, or giving money off, he was extremely disrespectful and didn't take accountability.

He said "I've driven on hundreds of driveways and this has never happened". Then I go to his Google reviews and his very last review said he did the same thing to their driveway!!!!!!!

Brian and his team did an amazing job. They took every last bit of debris that was in the yard. They protected the grass also as best as they could despite the rain storm we had for an hour and half while working on the tree. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
