This company went above and beyond for me. Pricing was pretty competitive but they are worth the extra money.

BAD NEIGHBOR!! Grinding/ coloring mulch at 8:15 AM on Memorial Day as well as every Sunday and weekday evening. This business SHOULD NOT BE close to residential properties. If ever a wall was needed it’s here. The unnerving sound and smell is beyond what anyone should have to put up with.

The most important thing is price and being on time. Which the price was pretty much unbeatable and the time they siad they would be here they arrived. These guys were so polite and cleaned up so nice WHAT AN EXCELLENT JOB GUYS ABOVE AND BEYOND!!

They gave my mom two estimates written on one piece of paper. She looked at the two totals and told the guy that she would go with the 2nd estimate because it was under $400.
After the work was done, they added the two estimates together and charged her the full amount! Over $500! When told about it, they said that the $500+ was correct!!! So they don't actually give you the total dollar amount. They expect you to figure it out. Personally, I think they took advantage of my elderly mother.

Received tree removal quote from two different places in North Ridgeville, same exact scope of work. Richards was 1400 dollars over the first quote. Sadly I will have to go with the lower quote.

Having used this service many times before, I am used to the excellent service they provide - they were very efficient and careful about entering and leaving my backyard with heavy equipment. They left the yard looking pristine. I couldn't ask for more, and they are reasonably priced.

Used Richard's Tree & Crane 4 times over 15 years to remove 4 fully grown trees. The largest of the two both had to be lifted over the houses. Not a single complaint, great work each time.
