Rick and his crew are very respectful and professional. They came on time ready with their face masks , face shield and shoe covers. They did a very good job cleaning my windows inside out and washing my screens as well. Nancy , the office manager, is very professional and nice. She is on top of her work , easy to reach and always ready to answer questions. A very good experience.

Used them for service on our residence as well as our business. Window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning,concrete sealing.
They were prompt, efficient and did a great job! We’ve had our stamped concrete patio power washed and sealed by other companies in the past but it never looked as good as it does now since Rick and his crew attended to it.
Nancy is very friendly and helpful. She is quick to return your calls and always wants to assure your satisfaction.

I have used Rolling Thunder for several years…to my absolute delight! I schedule with Rick and his team four times a year. Sometimes they wash my exterior windows, other times I have them clean the leaves off of my gutter guards. Anytime Rick notices something on the exterior of our home that needs our attention, such as a loose gutter, he brings it to our attention and he promptly takes care of it for us. I’ve had window washing companies over the last 40 years and I have NEVER had the service, care, and perfection performed as I did today. They came in, cleaned gutters, washed in and out and screens at a very reasonable price … PLUS they were professional, polite and very careful throughout the house. If there was a 10 star rating …they’d get it with a couple of pluses !!!

Team showed up promptly and did excellent work. Our windows are clean as new.

The Rolling Thunder crew is great to work with. They focused on completing the job efficiently. I’m very pleased with the results.

I just had Rolling Thunder to my house for the third year in a row - it started with windows, then moved to gutters, too, then we asked them to remove the moss from our roof. Each service was perfect. The windows - everybody can judge a good window cleaning. We just have them do exterior - and they spray off the screens. The gutters, I have gutter guards but they fill up with the maple spinners - the crew gets the gutters cleaned up, and then the take it a step further by cleaning up the appearance of the gutter, where the leaf "tea" has stained the gutters. And the moss on the roof - that was a HUGE improvement - that was last year and it has not yet come back. The owner even contacted me to talk about the chemical and process they use, to make sure I was comfortable with it. Now, every year around late spring, I expect my wife to tell me to "get those window guys here", and I will. Now that they know my house, I just call and say "come visit" and they do the job and send me a link to pay. It is a great service and we will be customers as long as they will be our service providers!
