True professionals!!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I have pulled up to my home after they have provided maintenance to some of the tall trees and ornamental trees in my front yard and barely recognize my house. It looks so beautiful!!!
Their prices are competitive and their work is impeccable. I don’t think there was a leaf or a stick left on the ground.

The office staff and field crew were very professional.
The crew that removed my storm-damaged tree worked as a great team. They looked out for one another and shared the same amount of effort in accomplishing the job. They were very respectful of my property and to that of my neighbors which would also include the clean up after the removal was completed.

We had a large dead branch cut out of our Oak tree. Rice's tree seevice did an excellent job. They cleaned up well and did not damage our property. I highly recommend them.

Great service. Rice sent a full complement of employees and equipment to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up as they worked and when they were finished and we’re very considerate to minimize property damage, you could hardly to tell they had been here. I’d recommend them to friends and family,as the pricing is reasonable, scheduling was seamless and they arrived on time.

My coworker referred RICE to me because out of 5 different tree service companies he had received quotes from, they were the best price.
I called them and they were quite busy but got me on their list.
Three weeks later they called me and said they would be here tomorrow.
I left for work in the morning and when I came home the large tree in my front yard was gone and I could not tell that anyone had been here as my yard and the surrounding area was spotless.
I was AMAZED.
My neighbor told me that they were not here very long either.
The job was perfection and the work was outstanding.
I will refer this company to anyone needing tree services.

They showed up ready to work. They took down a very big oak tree,
cleaned up everything and were gone in about 3 hrs. They did a great job. I have a couple more trees to do in the spring and will
definateli call Rice. Also, the best price of the 3 or 4 places I got estimates from.

This is my second, 5 star review of Rice's Tree Service. The first one was when my neighbors tree was removed. The way the crew did an outstanding job of clean up and removal of the tree, as well as our concerns for our dogs being able to go out as needed. This second review is for the timely response and great estimate I received for removal of our giant, dying oak tree. They have definitely earned my trust and my business. Definitely 5 stars *****

I had used Rice's Tree service for many years. My yard always looked great. When I stopped working, I tried to do the lawn myself. Weekly cutting was fine, but the Fall clean-up was brutal for me because of the many trees in my yard. The Fall clean-up was just too much for me, and I called Rice at the last minute to get help. They came out the following day and cleaned my yard in time for Halloween. They came out several times after that, timing the leaf removal with the city pick-up. Also, I have used their snowplow service for my house and my sister's house for many years with zero concerns. They always come to plow on time regardless of the weather severity. I believe Rice really cares about their customers and will do their best for them.

We have used Rice’s Tree Service several times with great success. Personnel are proficient, diligent and extremely careful. Equipment used is top notch and work is performed in an extremely clean manner.

We had 15 trees removed for an addition we had built and when they were finished, they completely ground all branches and removed stumps. The trees were mostly tulips with a diameter of at least 4 feet and a height measured at well over 100 feet.

We also had them remove a weeping cherry in the front yard priced considerably lower than other estimates received.

I would highly recommend them for any project you may have.

Had tree take down the power line to house and snapped a utility pole. Rice came out the next day and cut up the tree and haul
the mess away. Worth every penny.

5 person team took the top half off a leaning tree in 90 minutes. Some was over the corner of my roof, about 25 feet up. Articulating lift made the job safe and fast. Guys are hard workers. Cleaned up so well you couldn’t tell they were there.

I had Rice's come this past winter to raise the canopy and CLEAR DEAD BRANCHES on my large oak. Come spring once leaves grew I had a lot of dead branches. On June 16, 2025 I had an 12 foot branch come down on my patio. I called Rice's and Jackie asked for pictures which I sent and she told me Jeremy would call me the next day. No one ever followed up. Now I have dead wood from the tree in my gutters and have to pay to have that taken care of. I just talked to Tom the owner and he said my work order only said to raise the canopy. My husband and I both talked to Jeremy about what we wanted done and that included clearing out dead branches. Why would I want a crew to come out raise the canopy and NOT address all the dead wood. It's my word against his MAKE SURE YOUR WORK ORDER SAYS EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT DONE. I asked them to come by to address dead remnant branches. My grandchildren play in the yard and I don't want anything falling on them. Now they keep saying I can get oak wilt and the work order didn't say to take off dead branches. It's no secret tree removal is expensive. I paid $1200. Now they want to charge me to come back to get other dead branches down. I am very disappointed in their customer service.
