Excellent service. From meticulously navigating their equipment though narrow spaces to get into our back yard, to making sure our surrounding trees and shrubs remained unharmed, they worked quickly and efficiently. Plus, they cleaned up nicely. If/when the need occurs again, I'd use them in a heartbeat.

This is the fourth time we've used Rice's Tree Service and they've always done a good job for us. We've had them out to our house 3 times, twice for trimming, and once to take down a giant oak tree close to our house. I felt they did such a great job I used them to take out three trees on our churches property too. They are kind and respectful, and take the time to explain the best course of action for the health of a tree when trimming it and what is involved when taking a tree down. Their crew is fast, efficient and does a great clean-up afterwards. Being budget minded, they have the best prices that I've found. I highly recommend them.

Worst experience ever, with any lawn/tree service. Company had a large project on my property, removing 20+ trees which took them 2 days to do. First day things went fine, they took all necessary precautions. The following day, during a heavy downpour, they decided to work, and that's when all hell broke loose. They treated my lawn like a race track, running equipment all over my front and side yard destroying it (see pictures). When questioned they said they'd handle the landscaping, which involved them coming back out and moving the mud the next day. Two weeks later and my yard is destroyed (see pictures) and now demanding payment, after doing thousands of dollars of damage and the work they promised not completed. Ownership (Tom) then calls and threatens for non payment, even though they never completed the job they promised. Now dealing with a changed invoice (surprising they initially said NO TAX verbally, but after a call where I told them id need to figure out the damage now magically tax appears (obviously they charge no tax quite a bit). Stay away from these people at all costs.

I just used this company and they did a superb job cutting down an old tree. They were very meticulous in making the cuts so my fence wasn't damaged. They also did a great job chipping up all of the branches and trunk. Finally, they did an outstanding job grinding up the stump. Afterwards they did a fantastic job cleaning up all the debris. I was very pleased and highly recommend their services.
