COMMUNICATING!!! Was considering pressure washing patio in N Royalton where a family member resides!! While the worker was doing the weeds facing the wooded area, asked him not to use the blower tht I would sweep, as he is looking at me I could tell was not understanding, I took the broom and showed him, also said blowerrrrr and shook my head as to say no!!! He then shook his head yes!!!!! Was gonna ask him to replace the border thts used to keep mulch frm coming onto to the patio, at this point I thot I was back in SFl!!!!!! My main question/concern is: how do you hire workers tht CANNOT COMMUNICATE WTH OTHERS tht need to ask question's, etc???

Mike gave us a fair estimate, great communication throughout, easy to work with. Helped us with a fence issue, too. Would recommend and would use again.

I would appreciate if Davey would pick up trash in our development before they mow. 2 weeks ago beer bottles were mowed over, this week a brick was left in the grass that was skipped and mowed over.
The lawn often has a "rushed" look. I would like to see a better finished project.

Davey came out to trim trees in my Lakewood backyard. My dogs prong collar came up missing. When we came back from groceries the worker had my leash in his hand. He told his boss he was hanging it back up after knocking it down. I would buy this but my leash was hooked onto my chain link fence. It cannot fall you have to unhook it. Davy was dismissive and implied it was my fault for hanging my leash outside implying it could be anyone. I find it extremely unlikely seeing my leashes have hung there for 15 years with no theft until this worker was in my backyard.

Had them come out for an estimate to cut 3 three inch diameter branches hanging about 25ft high and over onto my property line . They have a minimum of $ 400.00 charge for any pruning work . We did not accept the estimate due to high costs.

Our trees and lawn look great! We're always getting compliments from the neighbors. Staff is responsive and very knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and choose Davey Tree Expert Company.

We are trying to save a tree in our yard. Worked with Gordon and he was so nice. He was able to tell us alot of info about our particular tree and when pruning should be done vs NOT done. Any questions he couldnt answer on site were emailed a few days later.

Tried to hire Davey Tree of North Royalton to trim some trees on my property. Estimator was 20 minutes late and showed zero interest in taking on the job or in what I was asking for. He left my house only giving a vague commitment to “call” when some time opened up on his schedule. Of course I never heard back from them. Don’t waste your time with this company, such a disappointing experience.

I had a very challenging site, very tiny yard with a privacy fence, raised beds and sandstone patio. Brian and his crew did an excellent job considering he had to climb the tree and drop all the trimmed limbs by rope. Nothing was damaged and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I would use Davey Tree again and have recommended you to friends.

Daveys was wonderful from the first request to the final! They trimmed a very large pear tree & removed two large hedges. They cleared all the dirt & the trimmings. There was a few downpours while they were working. They did not stop but pushed through to completion through the rain. These guys were FANTASTIC! I would recommend Daveys to anyone & everyone!

My insurance company, State Farm, referred me to your company. My compliments to your company. Your adjuster was sent within a week and a picture of him was sent to me by email. He was very efficient and friendly. He scheduled me for the next day. Every thing was done efficiently and quick. No mess or wood left behind. All of the employees were friendly. Dave’s tree was contracted by the Illuminating Company to cut branches near electrical lines. When they were doing this, a branch hit the electrical line causing a surge to several nearby homes. Some people reported their appliances even catching fire! I lost my air conditioner, garage door opener, and PlayStation. I submitted a claim to Davey. They denied my claim and all of my neighbors claims because their workers never wrote an incident report! Since they never wrote an incident report they are claiming it never happened. Do not ever go with Davey ! If a tree falls on your house they won’t take responsibility!

They trimmed a 30 yr. old pin oak in our front yard and did an excellent job. They removed specific branches for us and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. We would use them again.

It's rare to find a great business--this is a great business. My initial consultation with Tracy was professional, informative and thorough. His price/estimate was more than fair. Landscapers were on time, skillful and courteous. Finished project is absolutely beautiful. I have Davey scheduled for Fall lawn work; have referred this business and will only use them for my ongoing/future landscaping needs.
