Robert was fantastic ! He gave us heads up on when he was going to arrive. Wore shoe covers and was very respectful in our home. He did a great job educating us on furnace options and what would be the best choice for us and why.
Our tech Steven and his team did a great job installing our new furnace. They arrived on time , kind and respectful ( I felt completely comfortable having them in my home ) , installed the furnace in one day . They showed me how to use my new thermostat and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving . I highly recommend working with Jackson comfort . My husband and I are really happy with the service they provided .

I wanted to switch HVAC companies and Jackson Comfort came highly recommended. I was not disappointed. I was impressed by the ease of communication when I called to make an appointment with the very delightful office staff. The field technician, Alonzo, was on time and very professional. He put me at ease with his expert knowledge and fun personality. He answered every question I had and offered needed advise. I have found piece of mind with Jackson Comfort and look forward to many years of knowing my comfort is covered.

From Max the technician I was learning about The heating company he works with, and about my furnace, explaining repair options. The best was He had the ability to work quickly with the wiring of the furnace. He assured me this would start up the furnace again. The house is getting warmer. Jared and everyone else that helped us at Jackson Comfort was awesome. They were fast with getting us appointments, getting out to us and getting our furnace replaced and up and running. Even supplied heaters when the heat was out. They answered all questions made sure we didn't have anymore questions. They didn't even mind our dog barking almost the whole time!!!! Thank you all!

I am very satisfied with the work that Cardi performed on my hot water tank. He was professional, efficient, personable, and very kind. I will definitely be a return customer and will request Cardi In the future. I think that Jackson Comfort is very lucky to have Cardi as an employee. I feel that I can trust Jackson Comfort Services. Clayton was awesome! Came and did maintenance on our furnace, explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable. Rob was also super helpful! Happy I got to work with them. Bonus they were great with our dog!

Eli and Miranda? Came to the Meyfarths today to service and check over the boiler. Both Jackson Comfort employees are young and responsible. I enjoyed meeting them and learning more about their work and the Meyfarths heating system. They were good people to have here today.

Our furnace decided to suddenly go out I called Jackson comfort and they were able to send someone out immediately. John came in and looked over our furnace and had our furnace working within 20-30 minutes he explained the issue told myself and my brother my options and made sure the furnace did not go out again before leaving. Highly recommend.

We had various issues with our furnace, hot water tank and the water pressure in the house. Between all of the Jackson Comfort crew (Joseph, Cody, Billy, Christopher, Almonte) they took great care of us with each issue. Very knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend.

Almonte came to remove a bird from the vent duct for my hot water heater. It was quite an entertaining experience. Almonte came up with a reasonable plan for removal of the bird. Despite the bird not totally cooperating by retreating back into the flue, he was able to coax the bird out and then successfully captured the bird and released back out to the wild.

As far as what service was performed? I don’t know what to call it, perhaps successful “live bird extraction, capture and release”?

Jackson Comfort's Kevin W (water heater replacement) and Josh S (HVAC) were both at my house today for jobs. 5-stars for each of them! Kevin was meticulous in laying down dropcloths all the way from the front door. Both were patient and informative in answering my questions about the workings and maintenance of the water heater and furnace humidifier, respectively. Both were efficient and personable. Top quality customer service!

I reached out to Jackson Comfort Services for our heat pump not working and was able to schedule for same-day service. The service technician, Jerry, from the company was patient in explaining what was the source of the issue and got our heat pump back up and running on a day when temperatures were in the mid-20s. He also suggested ways for us to save on heating costs for the future. Overall, a very good experience for us. Thank you, Jackson Comfort Services!

I wanted to thank Tyler and Rob for the wonderful work that they did this week installing my brand new furnace and air conditioner. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Thank you both for all of your hard work!

Wonderful service by our Jackson technician. Joseph was very thorough and gave us a very detailed analysis of how our furnace was doing. Very courteous and didn’t leave any mess despite the very snowy conditions outside. Could not recommend more highly.

Cardiair at Jackson Comfort Services was amazing! He was quick and walked me through what he needed to do and suggestions on how to prevent it from happening again. He needed up having to come out a second time to fix another busted pipe and he did the same quick work and told me the problem. Cardiair wrapped the pipes neatly after he repaired them. He was very respectful and cleaned up afterward not leaving any trash or mess behind. The company responded quickly and were very pleasant both times they were needed. I will use them again and again and refer the company for any plumbing or hot water tank repairs and replacements.

Tyler from Jackson Comfort did a fantastic job. He was thorough and checked everything possible to rule out any causes for why the temperature wouldn’t go above 68 degrees in my first-floor tenant’s unit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which I really appreciated.

Even though nothing was found to be wrong with the furnace, Tyler helped confirm that everything is running properly and that the issue is most likely due to the home being older with limited insulation, combined with the recent frigid weather. It gave us real peace of mind knowing the system was working as it should.

I would highly recommend Tyler and Jackson Comfort — they are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely reasonable with their pricing.

Jackson Comfort replaced my nearly 70 year old furnace with a brand new energy-efficient one and added central air conditioning. Jared, Josh and Jordan were polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and skilled and explained things well. They were thorough, tested the equipment and completed the job with excellence! Very pleased with their work and would highly recommend!

Phillip Long was timely, effective and efficient. He covered his shoes to protect my floors and left the area spotless. He explained the purpose for all of the servicing he did for my HVAC system. He was cordial and attentive to all of the needs of my furnace and tankless water heater. I highly recommend him and Jackson Comfort. They texted me to keep me informed before arrival time and send a pic of my service technician. It was a very good experience. I will b using them again.

Phil was very professional and I appreciated that he walked me through what he was doing step by step while he explained. I was also very surprised at how easy it was going through the virtual assistant to make an appointment. It’s been very cold so I expected to not be able to get in but they came two hours after I called since it was an emergency. I will definitely be using them again for servicing and any other issues I may have in the future.

Keith was great to work with! Friendly, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and explain in more detail. It was an easy experience to purchase a new AC and furnace. I’m glad I used Jackson Comfort!
