Amazing work. 13 yr old water heater finally went. Called Jackson Comfort and they were right out to my home to make the swap. He did an excellent job, was very meticulous at my property, put down drop clothes to protect the floors and carpeting and cleaned up all around the area in the basement after installation. A big job done in about 3 hrs or less. Very appreciative. Almonte Patrick, the technician who worked in my home was the best. Very appreciative.

Very fast response time! Water heater died and started leaking on Sunday morning. I waited until 7:15AM on Monday to call. Though I’m not a fan of having to talk to a virtual assistant, it was VERY easy to get through to a “real” person. (Actually, she sounded so nice I had to ask if she was real.) Emily dispatched a technician and Zachary Cameron (hero) was at my home before 8:30AM. I knew the job would be a challenge because of the tight space, but he was not intimidated - he smiled! Zach took great care to cover the carpet as he brought in his equipment and the new tank and removed the old. Zach showed me two code violations from the previous install (vent and gas line) and then got to work. He installed new copper water line, black gas line, a total of four new shut-off valves (3 water, 1 gas) and a high quality Bradford White water heater. A friend of friend told me that he would have done it for less, but I know it’s been done RIGHT this time. Excellent customer service, excellent plumbing work done by a professional (and nice) Zach. My thanks to everyone. I’m a new customer for life. ❤️

So, I was pretty sure our AC was shot. Rich came out to check it the next day. Wore booties and a mask. He started by cleaning and unclogging the whole thing. It hadn't been serviced in years. After about an hour of grimy work, it started blowing nice and cold. Now get this...he refused to accept my payment until it ran for a few days successfully! I said, no, no I can pay now! He said no, let's make sure that's all that's wrong. It's been over a month and it works like new. I will recommend him to all my friends!

These guys did a fine job installing a new furnace + AC at my home in Cuyahoga Falls. This was the third install we've used them for, and couldn't be happier. Rich is a well-spoken and courteous gentleman when working in your home.

After living in this home for 16 years, my old AC finally quit - and believe it or not the unit was older than that. I got a lot of years out of it and I am planning to move this Spring, so I was not in the mood to shell out a ton of money to have a new one put in when I am not planning on using it for much more than the rest of this season.
I started with one service call to confirm it was truly deceased, and then got several quotes. From the moment I met Rich I could tell he was a steady, thorough person who was not going to give me an inflated quote or do shoddy work. He looked everything over very carefully, taking measurements and pictures, making sure he knew HOW he was going to go about the job before he even gave me the quote. It's very obvious to me that Rich's time in the military went to good use!
I accepted his quote and thankfully, he managed to fit me in quickly while I was still off work on a 'staycation'. He called me this morning with an unexpected open slot, knowing I was still off work, and asked if I wanted them to come out a day ahead. It's hot out still so I was all for that, and he came out within the hour, and got the job done today.
His workers were polite, competent and cleaned up after themselves. The unit was installed with no issues. I have already registered the equipment, and I am now chillin' inside my formerly stifling brick home.
I will definitely hire Rich again for any heating or cooling issue. He and his crew did a fantastic job, and he did not sell me anything I didn't need. Thanks, Rich!

We called Rich at our last home and swore we would never use anyone else for our heating and cooling needs! Our heat stopped working last week and they came by that night to see what was going on. Even brought us over heaters to try to keep us warm until they were able to install our furnace today! Great guys! Will ALWAYS recommend!!

Could not have asked for more professional and responsive service. From a frantic "my a/c isn't running & it's 84 degrees in here already" holiday weekend phone call to a timely cool and comfortable house. . Richardson Heating & Cooling is terrific. No surprises cost-wise, except perhaps by how reasonable the bottom line cost was. I'll recommend Richardson to everyone!

Yesterday afternoon my AC started blowing warm air and my house quickly got warm! Called Rich to schedule an appointment, had a call back and an appointment for the next morning within an hour. Rich was on time and let me know he was on his way 20 mins before he got here. Within 30 min my AC was fixed and blowing cold air again! Great service! Wouldn’t call anyone else to service my furnace and AC!

Furnace went out. I know a little about furnaces. I had to replace it. I called several people in the Macedonia, Oh area and he was first/only to call back. He came out same day within 2 hours and gave me quote next day. The day after that he was out with new furnace and installing it. So within 72 hours of initial call I had new furnace at good price and he even offered to bring extra heaters if we would like them until new furnace was installed. It was nice to be respected and have contractor that was fast, reliable, professional and did great work.

Rich over at Richardsons Heating and Cooling just came over our home to repair a gas leak that our utility company shut off over a week ago. We've had no hot water and have been unable to cook as well. He was affordable, certified, honest and arrived on time as well. He and his team is very knowledgeable and really know their craft well. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing and gas and HVAC needs.
