Called when furnace went out. Cold outside. Came first thing next morning. Incredible service and top notch guys. Not the first time they have helped. Highly recommend!!

Our furnace quit on us about 10 days ago and they got it running fine again at quoted price next day. Honest, fair and friendly. Won't hesitate to use them again.

Called at 8:30AM to check if they can do a same day service. Melissa helped me with scheduling. Tech came in at 10AM. Completed job by 11AM. Super good service and Derek, the technician, is a superman (that says it all)!

Called 3 companies to repair oil furnace. We live in a rural area. Roads are covered with ice, no street lights on road, and it is 3 degrees, the coldest night of winter around the hour of 7 o'clock PM. Female technician came out in these conditions. Custom Comfort female technician came out when others made excuses. 5 Stars to her bravery and Custom Comfort "true" customer service!

I called for service last Saturday after I noticed that the outside condenser fan was not working. I realized that the capacitor needed to be replaced. I was charged labor fees associated with the overtime services, and an excessive price for the capacitor. While I understand the labor fees, I can't accept the price for the capacitor, which equates to approximately an 800% markup. Upon calling the company to ask for an explanation, their response is simple unacceptable. Please stay away from this potential rip-off!

Had a great experience with custom comfort! The guys were very informative on our new unit , which was helpful. Looking forward to hopefully saving money on propane by having the electric heat pump.

Terrible customer service. Had a furnace issue at 11pm Sunday night. Was told that someone would call us back. No response. Called back, at midnight, same results. Finally called another vendor who responded right away. When called later about the issue to management, they were rude to my spouse and offered NO compensation for their lack of response. They do not have a escalation plan for their oncall 24/7.

New AC unit and adjusted our ducts. Nice people. Great experience. Techs were on time, friendly and professionally dressed. Installed a new ac unit, tuned up the furnace and adjusted our ducts so our house heats and cools efficiently/evenly. Very reasonable. Thanks
