Our home warranty company referred us to another company that was going to take 2 weeks to have our heater repaired. We called Josh for a second opinion and he came out the same evening, found the part and had it back up and running the very next day!

Josh was fair and very professional. He fixed our A/C quickly with parts on hand and was very reasonable with his price, even in this economy. Will absolutely use again!!

I can not say enough about this company!!! My air conditioning went out today and it is not only a Sunday , but it is also a holiday weekend!!! I did not know what to do and a friend of mine recommended Swain Services and I am so glad he did!!!!

I thought for sure I would not have air for atleast a day or so, but that was not the case , he had the part he needed on hand ( the compressor went bad) fixed the problem and tuned up the air conditioner to make sure!! I attempted to DIY my furnace and A/C. I went to HVAC school and have my EPA certification. I only worked in parts and never did installs. Josh listened to me explain my issue and came by the same day (most technicians cringe when dealing with DIYers). He found the problem and had us up and running in less than 3 hours. His price was VERY reasonable. Having worked in HVAC, I would say his pricing is probably 2/3s of other places. I would recommend Josh as an experienced and professional technician. And it never hurts to support a local business.

Josh is absolutely amazing! Our AC unit went out, he did a Saturday service call and explained exactly what was wrong and quoted a price. My air conditioner was not working. It was very hot out. Josh came out and fixed the air conditioner. He did a great job. He was professional, and arrived at the time he said. I think Swain Services provides a great service. I would use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend! Our air conditioner stopped working Friday evening on 7/1/2022. We called Swain Services. Josh showed up early Saturday and diagnosed the problem. It’s a holiday weekend so getting a new part for an older unit was not happening on a Saturday. He went out of his way to try and find a used part to get us through the weekend. He then showed up today with the new part and we are now enjoying a nice cool home again.

We liked him so much we asked him to price out a new furnace and A/C unit.

Josh came out to tune up my air conditioning unit before the summer and charged an extremely reasonable rate. I recommended him to my friend who had been quoted $1700 and $1800 to fix his A/C. Josh got out the same day and repaired their A/C for $230.

First time we needed Josh was the hottest day of the year and our air went out. This time it was the furnace. Both times he made time to make sure we were comfortable. His pricing is beyond reasonable, and he is very personable.
What he did not do was 'find' other repairs needed, but he did check everything thoroughly. He did not gouge us on price. He did find 2 minor issues that took him 2 minutes to fix.
He knows his stuff, and his recommendation for a new smart thermostat has saved us a ton!

Josh was able to come out same day and diagnose our AC problem on the hottest day of the year so far. Our condenser unit was old, and he was honest about recharging it or replacing it. We opted to replace it as well as the coil in the basement, which he quoted us at a very reasonable price. He was pushed out about a week with other jobs, but he came out today to replace everything and was quick and the AC is blowing cold once again! Very friendly, easy to work with and extremely accommodating with payment. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the area!

Josh has been out to my house twice this year. Once over the summer with some ac issues and this week. Naturally we had no heat as soon as the temperature dropped after Christmas. He worked hard on my furnace to get us up and running. We had a lot of great conversations while he worked on my system. If your looking for someone at a reasonable price and honest work, Josh is your guy. Highly recommend Swain service!
