Called Wiese plumbing to fix my clogged shower drain. My technician Darryl was here on time and notified me prior, that he was on his way. He quickly cleared the drain and had it draining better than I had ever seen! Fast, reliable, and affordable that's what you can expect when you call Wiese plumbing.

The two technicians did a great job with replacing the sewer pipe. They are very courteous and easy to talk to. I would recommend Wiese Plumbing to anybody.

Wiese Plumbing is and has always been our go-to for a plumber in the Akron area. Their service technician was very proficient and knowledgeable with their job and was able to take a difficult repair and keep it simple. I would recommend Wiese Plumbing to anyone!

Wiese does it again. Great job and so thankful Tyler showed up and fixed our problem. We have had Wiese do several repairs and replacements in our home and we are very satisfied with the service. We will continue to use Wiese Plumbing.

I this company at my home to fix my lateral. it was a pretty big job; they had to dig a hole against the foundation of my home. Tom was super kind and professional and did a fantastic job. it's only been 2 days, but everything seems to be holding up great.

My sump pump wasn't working right, they fixed the problem explained everything. I have a warranty thru gas company on- course. This is second time they been here issues solved

Had a clogged main sewer line Roto-rooter came out 3 hrs later said they need to replace outside line for 7k. Weise came out next day 1 hr later line cleared. Great service.

I had set up an appointment 4 days ahead of time. Was told the technician would be out between sometime between 8am-noon. He texted and called me at 837am, and I responded back at 839am. He never showed or called. I called at 1240pm, was told he may/may not show up. I called Blind and Sons. They were out with in the hour last minute. I would beware of using Weise. They may not show.

Stay away!. Wiese came out to fix a clog in my sink, which was on Monday, 1/5/26. The plumber they sent out did not complete the repair and left all my pipes open; they did not reconnect anything. I was told they needed to send someone with a Jetter, but the repairman showed up without the item needed because it had frozen in the van. The sink still was not fixed- this was day five. Calls and messages left for Weise were not returned. I am very disappointed. I called numerous times to see what was going on and was told someone would call me back. That did not happen. However, I did get a call from Weise's plumbing on Thursday, 2/19, asking to get me back on the schedule, 45 days after the initial issues. Not a good look. I had to call and get everything corrected myself. Holderbaum to the rescue!

Didn't bring in any tools. Said he couldn't fix the leak that it was a homeserve issue. The next guy they sent out from rooter also I'd it couldn't b repaired but called homes every & it got replaced for free. Homeserve sent the guy to get the faucet & put it in. Weiser plumbing just didn't want to do the work.

they replaced my water heater. that part was fine, but they did not take the old water heater with them. said they would be back to get it. well, it's going on 2 months now. i can not get them to pick this up. they just do not finish the job. very bad business .
i don't even want to give them 1 star. it should be -1 star.
guess i have to turn them in.
