Unfortunately everything you are reading on Google reviews is 100% accurate and likely much worse. I had the displeasure of getting connected with this company via a home warranty. I constantly regret not just walking away from a covered warranty replacement to just not have to work with them. Countless no call/no shows. Sloppy installation. Overcharged for work that never happened, and completely ruined my brand new carpet. In addition, there is no one capable of handling customer issues and the owners/supervisors hide behind their front office. Simply said.. Avoid at all cost

This is the second time this company was assigned to do repairs on my home. This first time some scheduling conflicts happened and needed to reschedule the sewer line jetting. That was handled as intended. The second time (1/3/25) was due to leaking shutoff underneath the bathroom sink. The two gentlemen called to ensure it was ok to come out early, arrived, looked at the work to be done and also seen that the other shutoff was broken as well. Both shutoffs and lines replaced quickly. Both were friendly and got the job done.

technician was fine but after he was finished the company wanted to add fees to change a valve that I didn’t care about or ask to be replaced. They tried to charge extra to modify the water lines when all they did was cut them shorter. Then they said they had to charge me for taking the old tank away when the guy who installed it said they store them till they get enough then they sell them to the scrap yard. I wouldn’t recommend them because I don’t think they’re very trustworthy.
I can’t believe my insurance company sent a company with such a poor rating to my home. I’m changing insurance companies today. -
Wiese power jetted my clogged basement drain. This worked, but made a huge mess. These guys stayed past 5:00p cleaning up. They did a FANTASTIC clean up job. Unbelievable! I've used other plumbers, but nobody has left us in the great shape Wiese did. Thank you!

Called to see about getting a quote on having my shower and bathtub faucet leaks fixed. They sent someone and they never gave a quote. Just started working on it. Took him over 2 days to fix then hit us with an extremely large bill they wanted all paid in full immediately. Told them I can do half now and half in two weeks time. When they argued I told them first of all I never agreed on a quote. They agreed to let me pay half and half two weeks later. Then to top it off their work didn't last but a few months and the bathtub was leaking again. Not wanting to risk being charged even more for coming to fix a job they apparently didn't do correctly in the first place, it still drips. They were recommended by my town Facebook page of being reasonably affordable. They're anything but. Do not recommend at all.

6/7/21 Update. My Home Warranty company sent Wiese Plumbing my request for clogged main line and the customer service was much better. The tech arrived within the time frame given and he did an excellent job. BIG THANK YOU to Tyler. Great job explaining the issues and the long term options.
2018 Absolute worst customer service. I called at noon to verify they were still coming today. I confirmed I would be home but because I missed their call and called back exactly 29 minutes later they cancelled the appointment. I took an entire day off of work to handle this issue. I waited 4 days for this appointment and still have a small river from my hot water tank to the drain. There is a reason this company has a 2.5 star rating. You've been warned. -
Used them through my home warranty! They called within five minutes of calling. Came out the next day for a quote then was here on Monday for my new hot water tank. Very fast great response and professional workers. Very happy!

Tyler and crew worked on my main drain with equipment, and solved my problem. Everything went well. I had no clean up. We even told a few plumbing stories. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The guys at Weiss plumbing came out after we had an issue with our water pressure. They were on time and professional for the entire visit. They identified the problem quickly and made the repairs. They easily could've upcharged me because I know nothing about plumbing but they didn't. I thought service like this didn't exist anymore. We were extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable plumber!

On May 28, 2024: Wiese Plumbing installed a new Rheem hot water tank. Over time the hot water had a foul odor. Upon researching, most likely it was related to the anode rod with well water.
I contacted Wiese on 9/27/24. They said they didn't know if the odor was due to the well water itself and suggested I may need a whole house filtration system. I said my hot water never had a bad odor prior to the new hot water tank and the cold water doesn't have an odor. They said Rheem did not warranty the anode rod. They replaced it and charged me $120 without flushing or disinfecting the tank.
Within 2 months the odor came back and increasingly foul. Between 2/4/25 and 2/26/25, I left over 15 messages by phone, email, and text. The odor became intolerable. They agreed to replace it this time at no charge.
On 2/26/25 it was replaced. The tech was here long enough to only swap the rod out without draining and disinfecting the tank. He did not provide a receipt,.
Within LESS THAN TWO WEEKS the odor came back stronger and more repulsive. Between 3/10/25 and 3/24/25 I left 8 messages asking for info regarding the rod they last replaced, a receipt for the last job, and let them know the odor was back after being replaced on 2/26/25. On 3/24/25 I was told my only option would be to PURCHASE an electronic rod from them at $250 and the job would be $130 per hour. I said, the replacement of an electronic rod would make a total of 4 anode rods since the tank was installed within a 9 month period, if I had to pay for it, I'd purchase it myself and have another company install it.
Four other plumbers stated the company that did the original job should have assured the water was good and warrantied the work, and an anode rod should last at least 3 TO 5 YEARS!
I purchased a new electronic titanium rod for $160.00. For $80, a different plumber installed it on 4/1/25 which included draining and sanitizing the tank since it was contaminated. There is no odor whatsoever. -
Thank you for fixing my clogged shower drain. Jody was very helpful in getting my appointment set up. The technician Shawn first called me while on his way to the appointment to check in. Once here he was able to snake the drain very quickly! The price was reasonable too. Thank you!

Wise installed a water heater for me and the gas valve went out. This was Friday and I left a voicemail. It’s now Monday evening at 6:09pm and not one word from them. I will never use them for anything and highly recommend you head the warnings of many negative reviews.

Had wiese out to replace a hot water tank. They were assigned through my home warranty to do the work.
Company came out and did the initial inspection which went good. During the initial inspection was told that the gas valve was out of code and that they would change the water valves as the were older wheel valves.
After home warranty approved the hot water tank home warranty company informed that would be an additional out of pocket charge of $50 for the valves and other misc work that Wiese plumbing was recommending.
Wiese came out on Friday July 17th 2020 to put the new hot water tank. During the install the plumbers got the hot water tank stuck in the door way scratching up the drywall. After the company left noticed that none of the valves were changed and the gas line was at a severe angle instead of straight up and down.
Then on Monday July 20th 2020 went down stairs and noticed water on floor from hot water tank. After further investigation realized that the plumbers had bent the copper pipe on the hot water side to make it fit onto the new water tank. In the process of bending the pipe they stressed the joint where the pipe and valve meet and a pin hole leak developed.
Called wiese plumbing on July 20th to inform them that they needed to come fix what they screwed up. Company has since been hiding behind the home warranty company and refusing to come fix the problem. They are also refusing to refund or do the work that I paid the $50 dollars to have done. As far as I’m concerned this is straight up theft.
My opinion of this company is that they clearly don’t care about the customers they serve and are run by a lying thief who only cares about stealing money from his costumers and hiding behind home warranty companies to justify and continue his theft of people. He should be in prison for fraud.
To top it all off the company did not pull the required permits from the city to do the work and the work was not completed to current code. Just truly shoddy work! -
They Never Showed Up to Fix My Plumbing Problem. They originally scheduled to come out on July 3rd. They then called that day to say that all of their technicians called off, and they had to reschedule the appointment. She let me know they would be out on July 5th, and I confirmed this would work, but no one showed up that day either. I got a call on Monday saying they would like to reschedule. At this point, I don't trust them to do any work in my home. I'm not one to post negative reviews. but this company doesn't seem to care.

Honest, reliable and on time. Unlike the other plumbing and heating companies in the area, Wiese isn't using "flat rate" pricing to hide an inflated hourly rate or trying to sell you something you neither want or need.

I was very pleased with both technicians. I had them come out a second time after my water heater install because I was so happy with them. Great communication and very thorough.

We were having issues with our tankless hot water tank giving error codes and losing hot water. The technician came out and was able to remedy our issue in a timely manner for a reasonable price. He was knowledgeable and kind. Value for our money 10/10
