Their receptionist was very pleasant. The guys that came out were not very personable. Didn't even introduce themselves or tell me their names. They also could not fix my clog. They left my house in a complete mess. Debris splattered all over my walls and my floor. Took me 2 hours to clean up after they left. They only charged me for a service call though and they were here for several hours. I will give them credit for that.

Always have had a positive experience with these guys. They came out and snaked my drains a couple of times from sewage backup in our rental (someone used to like to flush wipes :( ) they even have cameras and showed my husband the entire length of our pipe to the road we are always concerned because there is a big tree in our front yard that we worry about roots. They’ve always been helpful to me and yeah they aren’t the most extroverted guys but at the end of the day I’m not trying to talk- they are here to do a service and they complete that service well.

The lady has an attitude when calling to let me know when they will show up... A day later. She also wanted me to pay with card over the phone and the gentleman that did our drain said cash is fine or check because they charge $10 for credit card. I understand your on a tight schedule but so Is everyone else!? Very rude customer service. Not reliable with time and very open to their opinion with how bad the situation is. They should have shown up the day we were scheduled. Oh and the gentleman has "no idea" what the ladys name is that was extremely rude but tried to be nice. A fake face. I shouldn't have to deal with this at all!! Hospitality goes a long way! We used to like this company but it's gone down hill. Since when is it ok to talk to customers how ever you feel like? Lady learn to talk to people and not screw us out of money!

On time, professional, and good work. 2nd time I used them. Ignore bad reviews. I suspect they are from warranty customers whose plan paid for the "cheapest" way out and didn't follow recomendations.

They were sent to my house by home warranty company. Did not show or call to inform me they were not going to make it to my house for the first scheduled visit. Sent two inexperienced KIDS for the second scheduled appointment and they damaged my shower fixture and broke the internal components making it impossible to shut off the shower. I spoke with the owner that evening and he stated he would come out the next day to repair the damage. He never showed up and would not take or return my calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company.
Before you choose to use them, I caution you to read the reviews. I am not the only one with a bad experience. I also used them on a prior visit and it took them over 3 weeks to come back out to finish the repair -
Called through my home warranty company. Came to appointment at the last minute of the window time period. Had a drain from the tub leaking. Said they needed ok from warranty company to do repair. This was a Tuesday, I had to call warranty company to call them back since I never got a response by that Friday. Played phone tag with them all day Friday until just b4 closing finally getting thru. Receptionist claimed to be waiting on the go ahead from the warranty company. Didn't get an ok call back til the following Monday. The appointment was scheduled for Thursday morning. Meanwhile Didn't have use of my bathroom facilities for almost 2 weeks and had to reside elsewhere. Gold stars to the technician. He was efficient and called b4 he came and fixed the problem. Was very knowledgeable and explained all that he did

This is the third company assigned to my claim through my warranty company. From the beginning, Joyce was very pleasant and was able to accommodate my hectic schedule to get someone out to check the issue. Tim came out to my home on time the day of my appointment, found the problem almost immediately and fixed what was wrong. He was polite and professional and explained everything he was doing. Would not hesitate using this company again.

My original review was 3 yrs ago & I still stand by it. My hot water tank stopped working 3/30/25. The next day my Mom stopped by to see if she could light the pilot light but unfortunately, she couldn't. I then filed the claim w/ my Home Warranty Company, 2-10, & within a few mins Wiese was assigned to me for the following morning. The window was 8am-12pm. I got the ok to work from home. Great! The next day, Tues. April 1st (they lived up to the date), 12:30pm rolls around no one had been to my condo & I hadn't received a call or anything. I call Wiese & spoke w/ a woman who contacted the Tech who said they were running behind & wanted to reschedule for the next day. I told them no. I don't get to work from home every day. She found another Tech- Darryl- to come out. I asked when he'd be arriving, & I was told later. " Later " also doesn't work due to working at my 2nd job. He finally made it shortly after 3pm & he handed me the bill & tells me I need to call the office & pay the service call fee. I spoke w/ the same lady & asked if anything would be deducted due to them being over 3hrs late & I had to contact them. I was told no. Well Darryl wasn't able to get the pilot light to stay lit either. He took picture then asked if they could RIP OUT THE WALL because my hot water tank is in a small closet in my garage. Then said that they wouldn't fix the wall, & 2-10 wouldn't either & it would be up to me to fix. Clearly NO! Skip to Thurs. 2-10 calls to tell me it would be $450 out of pocket because Wiese would have to cut lines & make access to get to the tank. Then I called & spoke w/ Jim (?) at Wiese. He said the $450 was to cut the line, remove the door, move the EMPTY water softener & then put it all back together. I told him my Mom & I would take the door off & set the water softener to the side. I took notes & repeated it all back to him to make sure I understood all of this. We scheduled them to come out & install the new tank for the next morning. Friday, April the 4th, I get a call from 2-10 stating that it would be $650 for the install! Less than 24 hrs it jumped $200? 2-10 claimed I was never told $450, no one ever contacted me & nothing was scheduled for the install-I had to handle that later. I called Wiese to find out what was going on & was told that I needed a permit that isn't covered by 2-10. A $200 permit? & I should've been informed of that the day before. I had already agreed to the $450. They should've covered the $200 permit. Finally, 2 guys came out & installed the new tank. I made sure to point out the work that was already done by my Mom. Since 2 men weren't able to. My new tank was installed and somehow, I was still charged $650. The $450 on the receipt was crossed out & $650 written in- with no mention of a permit. Thank God I have a camera in my garage, so I had video proof of what they DIDN'T do & still charged me for. A permit is $50 & guess what!? THEY NEVER FILED FOR A PERMIT!! I checked with the health dept. 3-4 times! They lied & stole my money & then continued to lie to 2-10 who I had to fight with for a month to get over 1/2 of my money refunded. Wiese ended up not responding to 2-10's requests of proof of permit & since I provided picture, video & audio proof that was dated & time stamped of EVERYTHING they didn't do. I will always tell people that you are a joke of a company & nothing but liars & thieves & to never use you.
*Original Review: If I could give negative stars I would. My HSA warranty assigned this company to me 7 days ago and I still have yet to hear from them. I made the claim on Saturday the 28th so I figured I'd hear from them no later than Tuesday. Well Wednesday afternoon rolled around and still nothing, so I started to call. Clearly no one is working there because they never answered the phone once nor returned a call. Are they even open for business? Finally, I reached back out to HSA and they tried calling and of course no one answered. Luckily, I have more than 1 bathroom in my house and HSA assigned a new company and they reached out to me within an hour. -
I was leery about this company after reading their reviews, but actually had a great experience. The home warranty company selected this company to repair the furnace at my parents house this week. I was contacted by a nice lady first thing in the morning telling me that someone would arrive 12-4 pm. I received a call at 1pm from Don saying he was on his way. He was very courteous & honest. He explained what was the issue & corrected the problem. Couldn't have sent a nicer man. I'm very happy with their service. It seems like most of the negative reviews are plumbing issues. I wouldn't hesitate to call for heating & cooling.

Had them out for a major repair of a drain stack and quoted me the one day and were out the next to fix it. Got it done in a few hours and finally had a bathroom back in our house. Overall was very satisfied

If I could give zero starts I would. If you are going through a home warranty company ask them to switch you to another company. They were suppose to be here yesterday to check on a leaking pipe that we had. They gave us a time frame of 10 am-2pm. They never showed up, no call or anything. We called them, they said they would be there within 2 more hours. Still never showed up. We called multiple times and left voicemails and they never called us back. After all of this the earliest time they said that they could reschedule was next week. This is for our only shower in our house and we were already waiting on an appointment with them for a week. My husband and I are very understanding as long as were have good communication. After seeing the other reviews I wish we just went somewhere else from the start. We ended up switching companies because we do not trust these people to touch our house.

Was assigned this service company through my home warranty. The appointment was set for today between 12-4pm. I had my husband home all day to wait for them while I was at work. Company called me while I was at work and since I didn't answer they canceled me and went on to next job supposedly. I was never told by the receptionist that I had to answer my phone. She just said they would be out between 12-4pm. Now she states they can't come out until next week. I have raw sewage backing up in my house. She showed no empathy, no concern, no anything other than an oh well attitude. I called my home warranty company and told them to find me someone else because I will not use this poor company again. Another company after hearing of the issue is on their way right now.

Technician arrived within time window to unclogged the main sewer line of my house. Friendly, quick, efficient & thorough. Will do a more advanced cleaning as a follow-up. All covered by home warranty. Within one hour after the job was done, it rained cats, dogs & small farm animals! Thank God my work was done, or my place would have been a mess!! Very, very pleased with this company!!

TL;DR, they cancel without saying anything and you have to call them to get them rescheduled, the receptionist probably should find a new line of work, and they’re generally unresponsive.
We were assigned this company through our home warranty company. We were told they should contact us in 3 business days. No one ever called. We called them, they clearly had all our info and had never reached out. The receptionist sounds like she doesn’t want to do her job at all. We got scheduled for our first appointment, they show up, tell us they need to cut into the basement wall (understandable given the leak in question) and they need to put in a ticket. Someone was supposed to reach out to us within a couple days. It took a full week and me calling twice to get it scheduled. It gets scheduled. The day of the appointment, no one shows, no one calls. We have to call them. Same grumpy sounding receptionist says the plumber calls off and rescheduled us. The next appointment, again, no call no show. We call them, the plumber had an “emergency”. Mind you I work full time and my husband works nights and should be sleeping during the day, but he stayed up all day waiting for a call or someone to show. They rescheduled for today (8/19/22). I called my home warranty company and they called Weise to escalate it because at this point, we can smell mold from where the water has been sitting and I’m 36 weeks pregnant — guess what’s in a crucial developmental phase right now? Lungs. Guess what isn’t going to help with that? Mold. Of course, nothing between Wednesday and today. Another no call no show. Our home warranty finally cancelled out that service order and waived the fee for a new one assigned to a company with 4.7 stars who has already been far more responsive in the two hours they’ve been assigned the ticket. -
Yet another “I wish I could give zero stars” review… Had them out last week due to a main drain clog. It happens somewhat often because of roots. They came out, said they cleared a clog at 47 feet and 80 feet then heard water rushing and knew it was cleared. Didn’t go the full 100 feet as requested. They said the pipes were “rough” and that at some point they would need replaced but that they were okay for now. Also mentioned they’re the only company in the area to do digs and it’s $6500 to start. Very odd to randomly mention because none of the other plumbers had before. They left, I was happy to be able to resume as normal. Ran a small load of laundry and the. 6-ish hours later my daughter took a quick shower… went downstairs and it was flooded. Before they came out it was no issue to run a load of laundry and a quick shower. We just couldn’t run dishwasher and multiple people shower and do laundry or it would back up. Tried calling the next morning only to get the run around and jacking the prices up from what they told my home warranty company. They wouldn’t guarantee their work and come back out and redo it. They wanted to $250 to snake the drain again the very next day. We ended up putting a stop payment on our deductible because they didn’t not want to comply and did not do what they were paid to do… fast forward to yesterday (and it’s gotten to where we can’t flush a toilet without backing up) and another company came out and did a camera down the drain…. They got 67 feet in and couldn’t get through whatever the blockage is because the snake was bouncing back. They said there is absolutely no way Wiese made it to 80 feet if that blockage was there… the only way it was possible is if they BROKE MY PIPES while snaking . I’m livid!!! Do not use this company!

Be warned...I was referred to this company through American Home Shield to fix my leaking toilet. I had to call them even though they were to have contacted me within 48 hours to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the technician called and said If I wanted him to come to my house for repair...I would need to call him back within a few minutes or he was leaving the area. I was at work, so needless to say...I did not immediately get the message. However, there was someone at my home waiting. They NEVER went to my house. Now, they won't answer their phone. They have already been paid through American Home Shield. Meantime, my floor is being damaged and they don't care. HORRIBLE. And I can not get a refund for my money.

This company is absolutely terrible! We filed a claim with our home insurance company on April 17th. We were told the plumber would be contacting us and never did. We had to contact them multiple times for follow up. They were scheduled to come to our home that week and never showed. We called and they rescheduled. The first plumber showed up finally, walked in, frazzled and immediately told my husband he didn’t have the correct tools with him. They are just a couple miles from our house, so my husband asked if he could grab the equipment and come back that day since we could not use our bathroom, do any laundry, etc now for a whole week. He said he could not come back that day (it was noon!) he told my husband he was lucky he made it there that day at all! He left and we then had to schedule another appointment. Several days later, a younger, more professional tech arrived. At the time, he was able to get the drain flowing again and left. A couple of days later, the same issue started back up again. We would have gone with another plumber at this point, but since we filed our original claim with them, we were stuck. They finally got us rescheduled for today and guess what? Their tech called off. They claim that they don’t have any other techs available and that they would reschedule for 4 days later. IF they actually show up next week, it will be 30 days that we have been dealing with this mess!
Your customer service is absolutely terrible! Don’t accept business that you can’t keep up with. People rely on your services and there are many other reputable companies out there that would do a better job for us. -
This was one of the best experiences I've had with home repair. I put in the request on a Thursday afternoon, and received a call an hour later stating that the technician was in the area and could look at the leaking water heater. That is fast service but I was out of town and couldn't get home. They set up an appointment for Tuesday morning, and the technician said I needed a new tank (which it was totally obvious that i did need one). They scheduled an install appointment on Thursday but I had to reschedule due to unforeseen issues. It was rescheduled for Tuesday and Mark the technician explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions completely. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and represents the company well. The install was painless and he left no mess whatsoever and I couldn't be happier with Mark and Wiese.
Editing due to Wiese answering another HSA Home Warranty Service call for me- My bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet handle needed to be held down for 5 seconds while flushing. I placed an online service request and Wiese called me the same day I placed the service request. I placed the request Friday, and they were here on Monday! They not only fixed both of by plumbing issues, they also were very courteous and didn't dirty up my house. They even wiped up after themselves and took my trash out. Thank you Tim and Kevin, and Wiese for always giving me top notch service! I'm so sad about all of the negative reviews because I have literally had stellar service every time Wiese has been to my house! Give them a chance everyone :-) -
Good notes: The company was easy to schedule with, and responsive to questions. So far the repairs have held up. Their work and skill was good. My plumbing got fixed.
Bad notes: It is completely unprofessional that their employee started a conversation with "I'm not racist. Whether you're Black, white, gay, straight, whatever. I treat everyone the same," and then continue talking about how his religious beliefs say some people are wrong, that certain racial groups of people are difficult for him to work with, and which groups "jew you down." Yes, he said that.
I can't speak to how the plumber treats people. He might not deny people services, or 'treat' people differently in his eyes. But despite him saying that people "need to get along," he knew which groups were hard for him to get along with. He even described them by a racial slur, making it clear that the worker views people in stereotypical groups instead of as neighbors, individuals, or clients.
Hiring someone is not an invitation or a platform for them to spout their racially and religious biased opinions in someone else's home. My friends, family, and myself have had our lives threatened due to religious and racially biased beliefs, so I like to keep anyone who spouts such biases out of my house. Since I rent, I cannot choose who my landlord calls, but if I could, I would at least request a different person.
Recommendation: The company should work to hold their employees to a higher standard or train them to be professional. They should at least know what are racial slurs and know not to use them. It would go a long way. -
On time figured out the problem quickly and did the repairs quickly. Also polite and left no mess!

They can to review in time frame they said they would come. Hot water heater was replaced and removed fast. The side of My basement stairs was damaged. Other than that a Great Job was done...
