If I could give 0 stars I would! Called them and they refused to come out when our heat went out! We have 2 kids and it is freezing outside! They have been out 2 times already and have yet to repair this furnace! Biggest joke of a company ever!

Called as a hot water valve on the washer broke and was leaking. Had to shut off my hot water. Said it would take them two weeks to get out. I guess if you have a water emergency call someone else because they do not prioritize calls.

We had an issue with our air conditioning during a hot spell. The individual who completed the service call was easy to work ,explained what needed to be done, and provided options. Now their call center staff is interesting to speak with but dont let them deter you. Also the on call service staff was not truly willing to come out but eventually did so. It was not the individual who actually serviced our air conditioners.

Great install of our whole house humidifier, and heater in our garage. Terry and his staff are top notch people.

We came home to no hot water and no heat . We called this company first thing next morning and they sent Mark the repairman by 9:30am ( actually he was early ) . He had everything up and running in no time and probably saved our lives finding a carbon monoxide leak. It's an old house and old appliances and this guy was spot on with everything . Professional and knowledgeable. We made the right call going with Orrville P&H. I am so grateful . When the old stuff kicks the bucket , I'm sure we'll be going with this company for replacement. Two thumbs up.

Was the job done? Yes. Was another contractor at my home which actually worked perfectly for the job I needed? Yes. Was it professionally completed? I mean I had to clean mud that was tracked in my home... I wish I had more to say that sounds positive, but for a local company, I expected better professionalism.

Orrville Plumbing & Heating is terrific. Although not an emergency, I received same-day service on a failed sump pump. Joey and Trent were an efficient and professional team, but also very friendly. Additionally, not too long ago, Terry assisted me with providing information and advice about a property I'm purchasing, which was greatly appreciated.

I wanted to put a washer/dryers/ utility sink in my basement, the men that did the work from Orrville plumbing & heating did an AMAZING job putting in all my washer & drainage lines, vent & sink...HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them!
