We had an issue with my fresh air exchanger They worked on it 3 different days trying to figure it out They were super friendly and helpful trying to fix it. We came up with a solution. They are who I would recommend to anyone needing work done!!!! Great company!!!!!

Edit** it was cheaper to pay for a future "furnace cleaning" along with the ac fix that day... but they have canceled 2 schedulings already. So don't expect to actually recieve that appointment.
Called 3 places to price check, they're all about the same. Ended up being $500 to replace a 45$ part...little excessive imo but they can because if you're calling them, it's a convenience and you don't have the knowledge to do it yourself.

More to the point, they were the only place to get me in same day for AC and it was a 90° week.
The main office automatically reached out with updates on arrival time/delays.
Mike Pack was our tech, super friendly, informative and to the point! Was inspected and fixed under 2 hours.

Today I had Aire Serv of Northeast Ohio perform the yearly maintenance on my heating system. Ryan Kuhn was the service tech and I was extremely pleased with his expertise and knowledge of the system. He quickly performed the maintenance tasks and explained what he was doing when asked. A very professional yet personable young man. The very reason I choose Air Serv as my service provider.

Hamdi did a great job! Very professional and instructed me on how to change all the filters on my HVAC units. Very comprehensive summary... knows his stuff!!

AireServ helped us out of a jam when out Boiler went down recently. They were quick to get the new boiler system installed and followed up afterwards to make sure our investment was working properly. We will recommend to our friends!

Updating to add that our most recent service technician, Ryan K., was also exceptionally helpful and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. We are very happy with all of the service we have received from AireServ over the past couple years and will continue using their services.

The service technician, Julius, did an excellent job with our HVAC service. He was knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why. I highly recommend Aireserv, they have always been exceptionally professional and helpful. I will definitely call them again for future HVAC needs.

We have been using Aire Serv for many years to maintain our heating and cooling systems. The staff and service people are very courteous and great at explaining technical issues. Never had any problems with their service and we have always used their annual maintenance contract which includes 2 visits per year among other advantages such as parts discounts. Edgar did a great job today taking care of our annual maintenance and cleaning on the heating system and discussing any issues.

Great company. Great workers, we had Julius Oliver and he was very pleasant yet again! very nice and not a pushy sales man. He was great to work with and did a great job at explaining everything to us. I’m happy to have them back in the future for when the time comes… to the point where I did sign up for their special program to help us again in the future.

I had a new furnace installed. They were very prompt about getting back to me and scheduling the installation. Wayne Sigler and Carter Lockhart were the 2 gentleman that arrived at 8:30 this morning. They were very polite and respectful. They took out the old furnace and installed the new one in a timely manner. Wayne apologized because he had to leave to get a part from the shop, but ended up having to go to 4 stores for the part. Wayne returned as soon as he git the part then finished up the installation. He again apologized. Wayne set our new thermostat and explained it. He explained everything about the furnace and any future services that we might want. The 2 gentleman cleaned up any mess that they made. Thank you for doing awesome job. I would recommend this company and these 2 gentleman to anyone.

We have depended upon Aire Serv regularly scheduled maintenance to keep our system running smoothly for many years. Their integrity in getting the job done right keeps us as satisfied customers.

Edgar and his partner came out to inspect our water heater on New Years Eve. They were thorough and willing to answer all of my questions (despite it being their last stop on New Years Eve). Edgar explained the issue with great detail. I was most impressed as I felt they were trustworthy individuals who cared about fixing my issue.

We had Wayne and Carter to replace our aged furnace. They were professional, courteous, friendly, industrial, clean and informative of any questions that we had. They arrived early and stayed until the job was done. We highly recommend this company due to their available customer service and quality of work.

Always very pleased with Aire Serv. Mike does a very thorough job on my winter and spring maintenance, explains things really well, makes helpful recommendations, and is always happy to answer any questions I may have.

The technician, Edgar, who serviced the furnace recognized the peculiar problem immediately and corrected it. We are grateful to the company for elevating the service call. Julius Oliver was extremely helpful, informative and honest. Fixed the issue that was purposely caused by the Heating and Cooling company that was trying to upsell me for a huge unnecessary furnace repair or replacement. Julius was very kind and saved us thousands of dollars. I would recommend him and use him in the future! 10 stars ⭐️

From the first call I could tell this company cares. I was able to talk to a real person, Aaron, who helped me choose from my furnace and A/C options and answered my questions. He is quick to respond to calls and texts and was quite kind and patient. A true professional.

The technicians Hamdi and Wayne were also very polite and professional as well as very respectful of our home . They took extreme caution to be certain not to scratch the floors or walls as they moved the old furnace out and the new one in. They answered all of our questions and went over maintenance recommendations for both the new furnace and A/C. They were quite knowledgeable and experienced. I would definitely recommend Aire Serv and plan on using them for seasonal maintenance.

Julius came out to service my gas furnace. He was very professional knowledgeable he gave me great information on how to keep my furnace and air conditioning running with maintenance. We spoke about generators, he took the time to investigate that for me so I really do appreciate it he was very kind. I would definitely request him again.

A week ago on Friday our furnace failed. Aire Serv had service technician visit within hour to diagnose the problem. The technician indicated that a motor had failed and gave us a quote, but was unable to determine the delivery. Because of this we requested an updated quote for a replacement furnace. We received the update quote within an hour and we're able to confirm the order on the same day. Aire Serv contacted us several times over the weekend to check on our wellbeing, including having a service technician who was in our area stop in for some minor adjustments. On Tuesday the furnace was installed. They also worked with us on the payment. I would recommend them for the speed of service and concern for our family's safety.

Service is top notch! When furnace died 2 weeks before Christmas, temps in the teens. We could not have asked for quicker, more attentive, and service from the install tech, financing to the office. Prices are very reasonable and financing is available. I will keep Aire Serv number in my phone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
