The technicians were very courteous, polite, respectful of the property and thorough. They fixed my furnace issue in a timely manner. They were scheduled through my home warranty company and I would definitely recommend them if you are having HVAC issues.

Hamdi the installer came to do a service check. He was very thorough w the check, cleaning and servicing. He was able to offer a couple services they have to make the air more pure and explained how everything worked. He did the installation and we were extremely happy with the appointment and our experiences with Air Serv out of Orrville Ohio .

We had no heat and ultimately had to purchase a new furnace, and these two went above and beyond to take care of us. Their attentiveness and urgency made all the difference. Because of them, we are safe today—they discovered a carbon monoxide leak that could have been absolutely devastating.

Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine care ensured we stayed comfortable and protected during this brutal cold. We are beyond grateful for their dedication and kindness.

God bless them for the outstanding service and sincere concern they showed for Randy Wuerfel and me. Our new furnace will be installed on Thursday.

In the meantime, our water and electric bills will be out of this world—four electric fireplaces, a gas fireplace, two oil heaters, and water dripping to keep the pipes from freezing. It’s been a rough January for the McDaniel-Wuerfel family, but we are staying warm and, most importantly, safe.

I had a whole house humidifier installed by Hamdi and Carter. The guys were great, even helping me move some of my clutter to make room for them to work. Very personable and knowledgeable. Educated me on how the humidifier works and how to adjust and service it. Answered all of my questions cleaned up after themselves. Customer service is important to me and Aire Serv have never disappointed!

The AireServ installer, Hamdi Nefzi, just completed the installation of our automatic humidifier to our furnace. We are pleased with the system installed and with the installer. He did a good job of explaining the options when we chose the system, as well as explaining it after it was installed. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Mike Pack from Aire Serve came out this morning to do maintenance on our geothermal furnace. He was professional and very thorough. After the maintenance he took the time to explain all that he did to my husband and myself. We are very happy with Aire Serve and would definitely call them annually for maintenance on our heating and cooling system. This was a free service today but we have already bought a maintenance contract for the next year.

I have used Aire Serv twice in the past year, and both times they were able to accommodate my service needs the same day. They are friendly and professional. My tech, Julius, was very patient and efficient with locating the part and doing the work on a Friday night. He also walked me through the steps of the repair, and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding annual maintenance. I highly recommend them.

The company provides excellent service with knowledgeable technicians at reasonable prices. The technician that was here for this service is Mike Pack. He is very polite and extremely knowledgeable about all services and equipment that the company offers. I have had other technicians from the company do work for me and all have been very professional. When the company sends a technician out to work, they give updates as to arrival times and also include a picture of the tech so you can be sure whom is knocking on your door.
I would highly recommend them for reliability, knowledge, cleanliness of work, timely response, and reasonable prices.

Had yearly maintenance done and also had him install a humidifier and UV light to make our home more comfortable. Hamdi (the technician) was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything to us, he was very pleasant, professional, respectful of our home and cleaned his work area.
