Aire Serv is a first class business. They were patient, professional and courteous throughout the entire process. We had them replace our old A/C unit and furnace. From Gordon providing us an estimate, Colleen assisting us with scheduling, to Wayne and crew performing the installation, they all proved to be friendly, conscientious and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Mike arrived in a reasonable time frame, introduced himself and went right to work after asking a few questions. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and solutions very clearly. Answered questions I had in an easy to comprehend manner and provided suggestions for future maintenance and care. Very pleased with his service.

The service technician was informed and shared his concerns regarding his assessment. He discovered a problem with the hot water heater that I was unaware of. Knowing this could potentially save us from a possible leak and failure in the near future. He also provided us with replacement options and estimates immediately.

Our tech, Mike, has been out a few times. Always knowledgeable and professional he not only cares about what he does but is personally engaged with his work 110%.

Always leaves us knowing what was accomplished, things to watch for in the future, and feeling that he has taken the best care of our equipment.

I had a problem with my A/C unit, so I requested service through my home warranty service. This was on a Saturday, but within minutes, I was contacted by Aire Serv asking what problem I was having. After a brief explanation of the problem, I was told that a tech would come and check the problem on Monday, and that a member of the Aire Serv staff would contact on Monday morning with a better idea of time frames.

I was contacted on Monday morning and was told that a tech would come during the afternoon hours and check the problem. Indeed, later in the afternoon on Monday, a tech arrived, diagnosed the problem, and made repairs.

I was constantly kept informed by Aire Serv staff as to arrival times, diagnosed problems, and courses of action as to repairs.

I am extremely happy with Aire Serv, and would recommend them unequivocally.

Julius was super kind and very polite. Took his time and figured out what the issue was. Saddened by the price and the fact that the warranty from old home owners don’t and can’t roll over especially since they don’t live here.. but it is what it is!

Had a night emergency call and Nicholas was our technician. He was great! Took his time, explained everything he was doing and made sure our furnace was working properly on a cold night before leaving. Very courteous and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Overall the best experience I have ever had with a repair technician. Mike came out to my house early and diagnosed the problem. He was able to find a motor in our area and completely replace the systems without delay. My AC was back up and running before dinner was done. In addition, he provided me with suggestions to improve the air quality and efficiency of my system.

Julius my service tech with Aireserv did a excellent job coming out to my home last minute and getting my heat back working. I appreciate the company's quick response to my situation and would be happy to use there services again in the future.

Edgar was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to answer all of our questions and even made several recommendations of things we could do to improve our comfort in our home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My service tech was kind, polite and informative. I told him my concerns with my whole house humidifier and he really took time to figure out the issue. I asked him to replace my furnace filter and humidifier filter if he thought it was needed. He was very thorough. I’d recommend them to anyone.

My tech was Edgar and he was awesome! Provided plenty of information and provided service with no time to waste. Pricing couldn’t be better overall a 10/10 experience. I’ll be calling back next time I have an issue!

Wayne and Nick were fabulous- coming late, working overtime, coming back on day two, all to make sure I had heat. They were easy to work with, explained everything when they were done, kept things neat and were very personable.

Great service last year, this year there was quite a lot of miscommunication and frustration with new management. However, Aaron finally contacted me and resolved my issues quickly and processionally. Nick came out and installed my thermostat as scheduled. As always, he was very pleasant and professional!

Mr. Oliver is very courteous technician, he showed us our problem areas, and went over the fixes. He offered us the service plan, which sounds great, unfortunately on a fixed income, we were unable to accept at this time. He was very thorough and meticulous and treated our furnace like it was his own. Mr. Oliver can fix my furnace anytime. Thank you sir, and thank you Aire Serv.
