Drake 1255 was very nice and personable. Flate rate was quite a bit but they have a offer right now if you wright a 5 star review you get a chance to win 500$ so that's good. Repair looks great he also detected a leak between the bowl and the tank we didn't notice before either

I had a major plumbing issue that involves the repair of an underground sewer line. Jake and Rick were extremely kind, informative and diligent in investigating and discovering the root of the problem. Jake was on top of things from the moment he arrived at my house, and Rick arrived later to assist with options for a solution. They both did a great job! I would definitely recommend and will use them for future plumbing needs.

Josh came out to our house on September 9 and accurately diagnosed a very tricky problem with a toilet that would not adequately flush. He had a very conservative and thoughtful approach to make sure that we did not overspend, but that we also solved the problem. I very much appreciated his professionalism. In the end, we have a brand new toilet that looks absolutely perfect in the room and was installed beautifully. He cleaned up and the room is literally ready for use. Great company and highly recommended.

I had Roto Rooter out today to check out my garbage disposal that stopped working. Jake (807) did a great job trying to fix my current disposal, but we determined I ultimately needed a new one. We got the new unit and, again, Jake did great work quickly swapping it out and getting it working. I was impressed with the quickness of completing the job and the knowledge Jake shared with me along the way. Thanks again for the work, Jake!

Jake came out quickly when we called about our water heater, and was able to come over first thing the next morning to get it changed out. The work was efficient, and everyone from the dispatcher to the plumbing tech were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Main drain clog.
Called and actually got to speak to a human being. That immediately was a positive. They were here after hours in a timely manner. Tech was awsome and got problem fixed.would recommend to anyone and the price beat everyone else's by at least a few hundred dollars.

We contacted Roto-Rooter to repair an outdoor drain spout that was clogged. The first person came and was able to tell the underground pipe was broken. The supervisor, Salvatore Rego, came and confirmed that a pipe was broken and we would need to replace that. Josh and Cody came to our house and dug 4 foot deep to repair everything that needed to be repaired. I would like to give a shout out to both of these individuals for being very professional, clean, conscientious of our property lines with our neighbors, not causing any damage or scratches to our house in anyway, and answering all of our questions. Another individual came out to Flush out the line. Salvatore Rego came back to our home to ensure everything was completed and working properly. Roto-Rooter was very timely booking and completing our job. I highly recommend using this company for any service they provide.

We had a kitchen sink backup on the morning of Christmas Eve while I was preparing food for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals. After a few unsuccessful attempts to deal with it ourselves we called Roto-Rooter and they came out promptly and cleared the backup, saving our holidays. The young man who came was most kind. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Aaron recently came out to fix a leak in my bathtub, and he did an excellent job resolving the issue. While he was here, I mentioned another problem, and he took care of that as well for a small additional fee. His work was great, and he carried himself professionally throughout the entire visit. I really appreciate the quality of his service.

When I called, the appointment was made and kept within a 90-minute time frame. The technician Trayvon was very courteous and professional. He looked at what needed to be done; explained everything in detail (so that I was clear on the situation) and went right to work. Trayvon ensured that the work was done and completed to my satisfaction! It's really nice when a repair is done right (in my opinion); but when you meet someone with positive energy and a good heart (like Trayvon), this goes a long way for your company's reputation. Five Stars all the way around. Both the technicians Russell and Treyvon were very polite, informative and very personable. Customer Service was extremely friendly and helpful. Will always use them for my plumbing needs going forward. Pricing was ok some things were a bit pricey but again five stars.

Reaching someone who is available is good. Reaching someone who 'knows their stuff'? Well that's the ticket these days. I felt confident with Bill working on our issues from the moment we shook hands. He kept me abreast of the progress and the estimated cost as we discovered, which one normally does, other issues that should be remedied while the issue called for is being resolved. The quality result was high confidence that the issues we had would not return with advice on how to avoid potential ones down the road. That's gold to me as a homeowner/ customer. Trayvon #1067 from Roto Rooter was sent out to our home for a plugged tub repair. Trayvon was super nice, friendly, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do to fix the problem and fixed our issue just as he explained. Trayvon worked neatly and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter for any of your plumbing needs. If I need a Plumber in the future I will definitely call Roto Rooter and ask for Trayvon to be sent to my home again. Very kind young Man, thank you Trayvon.
