Vitaliy and team did an excellent job on a massive project that included a full backyard cleanup / new lawn installation as well as cleanup of all the beds around our house, adding mulch and making our home look great. Excellent communication and follow up from the initial quote to the completion of the project. Would definitely recommend and will use them again for future landscaping needs.

Vitaliy is an artist! He and his co-worker did a fantastic job creating new landscaping across the entire back of my villa. They were quick, hard-working and dedicated. They offered many different options with varying price ranges and did it all in less than 2 days.
I would highly recommend their services.

I have used Landlord for several years. Has always been the lowest price compared to other landscapers in the area and he does an amazing job. Friendly, reliable and talented. He has even provided suggestions on how to improve my landscaping which is great if you don’t have a good eye for what you need. Hands down the best landscapers in the area. Would definitely recommend!!

Vitaliy and his team were true professionals throughout our entire project. They removed shrubs, changed the shape and size of 3 of our flower beds, filled in several large low spots in our yard and re-graded our entire backyard to remove problems we had with standing water and planted a new grass.
I made some changes in our original plan along the way and Vitaliy and his team pivoted quickly to accommodate our requests. They put down large mats to drive equipment on and then raked out the yard so you can't even tell they were there – very nice job!

The yard looks great and the suggestions he gave us were excellent! He is a good communicator very reasonably priced and easy to work with. We are very happy with the yard!! We highly recommend him!!

Last year they were one of the few firms to have the courtesy to return my call. They tore up my back yard (a good thing) to remove the bulk of my bamboo nightmare as well as pull out some overgrown landscaping. It did take all summer to kill off the runners from the bamboo and I had them back to put the yard back in order and clean up my landscape this spring. Professional, prompt and I certainly will call them next time I'm in over my head.

05.01.24. only people I call when I need something done. I'm moving, short close, moving in 6 days and wanted to have the existing landscape freshened and a HUGE dead bush removed before listing the house. Sadly, due to parking challenges, they won't work in Lakewood. I've had them back 3 springs. I have no reservations in recommending them for big or small jobs you just want done and can't/won't get to.

You have no idea how much of a relief it is to have people you can count on. I never heard of a closing being this fast and having people you can trust to delegate work to is invaluable.

Vitality and his crew were amazing. They tore out debris in my front yard from years of neglect and planted beautiful deer resistant plants. One year later they returned and trimmed all my shrubs and
replaced a plant that had been damaged by my grass cutters.
They always responded to my request for work to be done and was prompt in scheduling it.
I am so happy I found this company. They were also reasonable in the cost. It was the best money I ever spent and I highly recommend them. You will be happy with their work and prices.

Excellent landscaping service. Great timely communication, respectful approach, fair pricing and speedy, meticulous delivery of services. We had a difficult lower level property leveling due to access and erosion. Project also included planting/replanting vegetation and reseeding. Highly recommended and hope to work with them in the future!

We could not be happier with the job completed by Landlord LLC. They were easy to work with, thorough, listened to our requests and came up with great ideas for our landscaping in front of our home. Antonio Parra and his staff did a marvelous job in building stairs for our house! Not only were they right on time, but they worked diligently, completing the project efficiently. Antonio and his staff are courteous and hardworking. The stairs are just beautiful, easy to navigate, and really enhance our house. I highly recommend them to anyone with a home construction project.

Let me start off by saying that PARRA’s went way above and beyond with my driveway expansion and my walkway to the rear of my house they also removed a old chain link fence and built a shadow box privacy fence and let me say that they were more than professional I will definitely be using them in the near future on other projects

Tom was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting my clothes dryer. He found the problem, had the part, and fixed it that day.

Ifix Appliances doesn’t waste any time, if you call them for a repair they show up. They fixed my dryer the same day I really appreciate that. From my experience, easily one of the best options!

Jake and his trainee were absolutely fantastic. They explained the entire process from start to finish and made me feel at ease about the replacement and repairs. They explained all of my options and pros and cons of each option.

I noticed a wet carpet and knew I had a water leak somewhere. I needed a plumber, so I decided to call Roto-Rooter based on previous reviews, and I am 100% satisfied with their service. I called them on Saturday after 6 p.m., and a technician arrived within 30 minutes. His name was Roman, and he quickly identified the problem and offered a reasonable quote. I decided to go with the offer and he easily fixed the broken pipe. He was professional and easy to work with. He also called another person who specializes in water damage control. His name was Hussain, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, including giving advice on insurance filing. I have to admit that I was feeling depressed because of the water damage, but I was glad that I found a good plumbing company. I am planning to do some plumbing upgrades and will definitely contact Roman at Roto-Rooter.

Doug and Rick have done multiple jobs for us this year and have been great! They are carefully to inspect everything and try to find the least expensive surefire fix. Really appreciate the help form Roto-Rooter.

Jake was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He evaluated our kitchen sink and explained everything out to us before working on anything. He also provided advice for future work to be done and priced everything out so we were not surprised going forward.
