Doug was our technician and he was fantastic!! Very knowledgeable and did great work! He managed obstacles very well and explained them in thorough detail! He was super nice and very professional! We would definitely work with Doug again!!

I absolutely loved the plumber who came out and snaked our tub. I cant remember his name but, He was so kind and generous. When your going through a stressful life situation its always nice, Just to have someone to talk it out with. Not only did he fix my tub he also offered alot of great ideas and helpful tips to prevent our situation from happening again. I really appreciated our conversation, and would highly recommended using this company in the future.

Good work. Nice man.

Very happy with the attention to detail. The job was completed correctly and cleanly.

Our hot water faucet was leaking in the bathroom and we couldn't shut the water off under the sink. We called Ferretti. He came the same day and fixed everything. Great job. Will call him again.

We had an issue with a leak from the pipe under our stationary tub. Bob was able to get it fixed quickly and made the process extremely easy! It was so easy to work with Bob, we had him come out a week later to install our Garbage disposal.

Friendly people. Knew exactly what I needed by just a couple of photo's.

Went in for information and to window shop. Personnel were professional, informative and courteous.

They had exactly the parts that I needed and at a fair price.
