We were very impressed with Pacific Heating & Cooling. The service technician, Kim, arrived on time. We could not have been happier with his service. He was polite, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He did not rush through the job and explained everything in detail.Overall this was an excellent experience.

Over time I have had Pacific Heating & Cooling install a new furnace, A/C Unit, and water heater. Installations were flawless and my annual maintenance contract provides complete piece of mind. Kim took care of my A/C maintenance today, he's also serviced my other units in the past and each time he was always been courteous, professional, and thorough. Thank you Kim and thank you Pacific Heating & Cooling!

Pacific Heating & Cooling was recommended to us after buying a brand new home with a heating ac system put in incorrectly leaving us with a 8-12 degree temperature difference between floors and the original hvac person saying nothing was wrong. Within an hour of calling efficient air a service tech was at my home and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the system needed a redesign and zoning to get proper air flow to the first floor. Over the next 2 days techs came to provide options and map out what needed to be done and 5 days later an awesome team of 5 got to work to fix it. By the next day we had a toasty home.

If you’re looking for quality work, from extremely knowledgeable technicians, with excellent business etiquette then I believe you will enjoy it with ETS. They were able to effectively troubleshoot and repair concerns of a sophisticated roof top unit of ours that couldn’t be figured out by two other notable area hvac companies over a 4 year span. In addition, ETS manages the PM’s of the 5 HVAC units we rely on daily. Again comparing them to other companies I found their inspections to be much more thorough and showing detail in the diagnostic reports to prove the interest in maintaining the units to best optimal running condition. Lastly each personality that I’ve come to know in the company is truly amazing! Great people, heightened knowledge, excellent work, timely service, competitive pricing…. The list goes on!
