Had a whole home humidifier unit installed this week by Tyler Z. Excellent work, great experience and very helpful in explaining how it all worked before leaving the house.

My dishwasher has been filling up with water. We called Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating (same as we have done in the past for the same problem). A guy (not saying his name) came, asked some questions, checked the sink and after cleaning the kitchen duct two or three times with “the snake”, he said he will not open the duct on the basement because it could have water inside (that’s what the previous person did a couple years ago when the same thing happened and I think that what he is supposed to do). At the end he said that I might have problems with my dishwasher and that his job was done. Charged us $404 !!!! Very bad service and very VERY overpriced. Totally unsatisfied!

Techs from Perrysburg Plumbing has completed numerous projects in our former home in Three Meadows and now in our home in Perrysburg Township. Dillon was here this week and his work was completed professionally and with extreme care and most thorough.

First of all, out of the 4 companies I called, they could get here the quickest. My toilet was leaking around the bottom. He explained each issue he found. He explained each possible scenario as well. He didn’t seem rushed and told me to call if I had any other problem. Came the same day we called to fix our shower. Added an access panel, replaced valve, shower head and shower control. Devlin did a great job and made sure we knew what was being done and how.

Great experience with this company. They were able to come out and service an aging boiler in just a few days even during the busy season. Our technician was Dave and he was great. He took time to explain options, answer questions, and make repairs. We will continue to use this company and Dave for hopefully years to come.

We enrolled in Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating's maintenance program for the furnace/ac unit in our new home. It was easy to schedule the appointment and communication was great. Tyler appeared on time, completed the service efficiently and thoroughly, making one needed repair on a loose wire. He was very professional and explained well various maintenance issues for our furnace unit. We are extremely satisfied with his work.

Kenny was the best!! Professional and he did amazing work. I called for one issue only to find another that could have ended up causing more damage to my home. Kenny identified, showed me, and came back to fix the problem. This is the second year in a row they have done work for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating.

Devin was very knowledgeable about our furnace. He took his time and checked all parts, changed the air filter on the furnace and humidifier, and put new batteries in our thermostat. Devin explained how the humidifier worked and the correct settings. He was courteous and cleaned the work area up before leaving. Always love the service Perrysburg Plumbing provides. They are friendly, easy to schedule with, and provide excellent services. They're techs are always knowledgeable and respectful.

I had a toilet leak at the angle stop valve and inside the tank. Perrysburg Plumbing was able to set up a technician visit that worked with my schedule perfectly. Devin Spencer was the technician assigned to address the problem. He was very friendly and good at explaining the problems that required repair, what repairs would be necessary, and how much it would cost. He completed the repairs in a neat and clean and timely manner, and at my request he even gave me estimates for other work, as I was curious what it would cost to replace the hot water heater down the road. I would contact Devin and Perrysburg Plumbing for future work and recommend them to others.

Total lack of regard for safety, others and federally protected wildlife. Upon visiting Key West today, three of their employees sped up to intentionally run over and kill a federally protected bird species in one of our streets. Laughing while doing so, they were followed, photos of their vehicle & plate were taken and submitted to the Key West PD, Florida Fish & Game and PETA.
