All around a great experience. Our water heater was out and they replaced it for me the next morning. Front staff was warm and welcoming, the price was fair and reasonable, and the men that installed it were very nice friendly and professional. I’d give them 6/5 stars if I could!

We had a serious leak inside the exterior wall of our kitchen sink drain. Dylan was great. He explained options, and exactly what he was doing. He cleaned up the area he worked in. He is a credit to Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating.

I have been using Perrysburg plumbing’s services for quite a few years now. I moved this past March and have had many issues with plumbing. I also had a kitchen remodel started when things went wrong there too. Jason G has bailed me out more times than I can tell you. He not only installed the farm sink I had hired him to do but, when my base cabinets had to be replaced to accommodate this sink, he installed those too.
My furnace just stopped working and Zach showed up a couple hours later to diagnose the problem. He found out the part was under warranty. A few hours later I was up and running.
I have always been pleased with their employees. They are very easy to work with. Jake, Jared, Charlie, Colton, DJ, Shirley, Julie. They have all done their best to help me over the years. Thanks to all of you

I cannot recommend Perrysburg Heating and Plumbing enough. We have had a series of near-catastrophes in our basement over the last four months, and Perryberg Plumbing has been quick to respond (once, they arrived an hour after we called!) and have solved every issue. Each plumber was courteous, professional, and highly attentive to even the smallest details. I especially appreciated that they always protected our floors with drop cloths and shoe covers! I recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone I know who needs any work done.

The service was completed in an emergency situation on a 95°F day when my mother’s air conditioning unit stopped functioning. They called back promptly from the call center and they were there within 45 minutes of my phone call. They efficiently fixed and replace the capacitor for the fan and cleaned the unit thoroughly. They did a great job as always.

We had Dylan at my mother's house to fix a shower issue. At first, we thought the issue might have been faulty shutoff valves, which Dylan replaced. He explained things well to mom and did wonderful work. Ultimately, our fix was slightly more invasive and involved cutting back some shower tile. Dylan was masterful! The new shower fixture and valve and cover plate made Mom very pleased. We would definitely recommend Dylan to anyone. We had a good experience with him and Perrysburg Plumbing.

Tyler came out to service my AC. Couldn't be happier with the result. He was personable, helpful, and competent. In addition to the work he did, he spent time addressing my concerns and answering questions. If you value great customer service and skill, you can't go wrong with Perrysburg Plumbing. Danny (DJ) was informative, professional, and thorough at our recent Navien Tankless Hot Water Heater installation. We have used Perrysburg Heating & Plumbing numerous times, and we have always been impressed with their work! We will continue to use them in them for all future HVAC needs!

Had saddle valve removed and new waterline put in for fridge. Employee understood and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleasant young man. Was on time and called to let us know his arrival time. Very impressed. Took the time to explain everything he was doing.
