Rick, the owner, came out to our home himself and was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our furnace and had it fixed in a jiffy. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about his customers.

He was so informative that we ended up signing up to be Comfort Members because I want to make sure our furnace lasts — and honestly, with service like this, it was a no-brainer.

Our one-year-old even watched the whole time and did a little dance while Rick worked 😂 My husband snapped a picture too — it was a whole family moment!

Rick’s was excellent through our entire experience. On one of the coldest days of the year, our furnace was not working properly. Ted arrived within a few hours after we called. He quickly diagnosed our issue and explained a part failure. He located the part and had it replaced within an hour. He was very professional. If we ever have another issue, we will call Rick’s and would be thrilled if Ted is sent to help us with any heating issue.

Dylan and Tyler were TOP-TIER. Extremely professional, helpful, and polite. They were experts in navigating solutions for our tricky home. They communicated with us every step of the way, and they answers our questions with patience and grace. My wife and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Rick even came out and walked us through a few options, which was extremely appreciated. We rate this company and its employees 10/5 for going above and beyond.

From the service call on a Saturday by Justin, who gave us multiple options to consider for our non-functioning (old) furnace to the new furnace installed by Rueben and Riley that very next Monday, I can’t recommend this business enough! Their employees were professional and efficient. The company’s estimate, billing and financing options were easy to work with. Highly recommend Rick’s!!

Rick’s Affordable Heating and Cooling truly saved the day! Our furnace went out on a Saturday, and Ian arrived quickly to help. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. I really appreciated how he explained everything he was doing—it made the whole process feel easy and transparent.

The young lady who took my initial call was also wonderful. She was friendly, genuine, and clearly committed to helping us get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

I was getting new flooring and found a soft spot in my subfloor. They pulled up the old flooring and the ac had leaked all over and caused an issue. Called Rick's and they sent someone out right away. Unfortunately it meant the whole AC coil and condenser had to be replaced. Rick's gave me a fantastic price and installed two days later. Justin, Jesse and Bryce came out and they were wonderful. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were super nice guys who were not only nice to me, but to my cats as well. Very respectful and pleasant and super knowledgeable about everything. Their maintenance program is amazing and helps with saving money and the warranty. I'm glad they sent Justin, Jesse and Bruce to come do the work. They set my mind at ease right away and in no time at all had my home nice and cool again. Thank you guys! I highly recommend them!!!!

A+ on every factor. From scheduling an appointment for an estimate, the quoting process, their communication, scheduling the job, showing up on time, fair prices, being pleasant all around, and the final delivery of a smooth install.

No messed no delays, with patience, ECT. 5 stars for sure. Dylan and Nate during the install were great, Ian for the first meeting and quoting process, Tim the guy who pushed the paper work and scheduling, and Sierra on the phone were all as good as I could have hoped for.

They met or exceeded all of my expectations. They did not try to oversell anything. Replacing a furnace is not a fun undertaking but I feel really good about this one.

They provided some amazingly good financing options that helped reduce the pain of a complete hvac system replacement as well.

No surprises. This furnace and air conditioning system has exceeded all my expectations. It is clearly a very nice upgrade from our previous system. The house is so much better balanced. It is a huge upgrade from what we had.

The interest free financing has been paid off again with no surprises and no disappointments.
The whole deal went great and met or exceeded all expectations.
I am really happy and amazed. I was not happy to have to replace a furnace. In the end our house is more comfortable our heating and cooling bills are lower, and we basically have a life time warranty as long as we have 2 service check ups per year.
Which is way better than our previous hvac system that involved an expensive surprise every few years. We are miles ahead with Ricks Affordable Heating & Cooling.

We recently had a new furnace and AC unit installed by Jesse and Bryce. They did a fantastic job! They showed up on time, were professional and very respectful of our home. They kept us updated as they worked, cleaned up completely after the job and took the time to answer all our questions so we felt comfortable with the new system! Rick himself stopped out during the job to introduce himself and see if we had any questions, which is why we love working with family owned companies! I purchased a furnace and AC.Christian Yarger was one of three they sent. Ì had no heat except portable heaters. The got to me right away. Very professional and friendly. If you need furnace or AC repair or new. Give them a call you won't be sorry.Dylan Myers and Jesse Latea excellent job too!

If I could give Jason, Julie, and Perrysburg Plumbing ten stars, I would. They made me feel so comfortable while going through a horrible plumbing situation in my home. We had another plumber here that was worthless. Jason came to my home and brought his 27 years of expertise.. wow.. he fixed my issue and I have peace of mind that it is done correctly. I will never call another company and I will refer them to everyone!

The job was the installation of a new hot water heater. The old water heater was removed with care and I could not see any places that required additional clean up after the job was finished. The new water heater was installed quickly and I am quite happy with the finished work. I would not hesitate recommending Perrysburg Plumbing & Heating to any of my family and friends.

This will be a long, but thorough assessment for new customers. My heat decided to stop working yesterday when it was 22 degrees outside. I called Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating first thing in the morning. The lady that answered the phone was kind, funny, and all around one of the most pleasant people I have spoken to in a long time. She found me an appointment for later in the same day. I would give her 10 stars if I could. The technician called 30 minutes out. Right around the time I was told to expect the call from him. 5 out of 5 stars for that. He showed up and we chatted for a minute, and I said I was not sure if it was the unit in the basement or the thermostat, because I have had issues with the thermostat in the past. He went down to the basement, did his thing, and came up about 30 minutes later and said it was my thermostat because there was nothing wrong with my heat unit downstairs. 5 out of 5 stars for honesty and integrity. He went to his truck and brought in a new thermostat and let me know the service call would be $99 dollars but to put in the new thermostat would be $350. I was like...what, $350 to hook up a thermostat? (It cost $75 to buy brand new- we Googled the one he put in) But it was freezing in my house, so what am I going to do? It took him 20 minutes to switch out thermostats. This is where I am a little miffed. The math does not add up. $500 dollars (with tax) for an hours work, when the first 30 minutes were only $99. So, they are saying the next 30 minutes shot up to almost $300? I did notice that my invoice I received electronically does not itemize anything, so if he would not have broken it down for me verbally I may have been clueless to the way they charged me. So was the service fast and friendly. You bet-the best. But the pricing shock and feeling a little like I was taken advantage of in a tough spot stings.

Came home from work to no heat. Called Perrysburg Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning, of course after hours, received a call back within 10 minutes. Technician was at my house within a half an hour of my first phone call. Tyler was fantastic! Within two and a half hours of my call I had heat and Tyler was on his way home to his family! Wonderful service & reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I requested an estimate for a new hot water heater. While I appreciate that they came out promptly, that’s where it ended. They wanted $2600 for the water heater parts and install plus another $1000 to change out a gas line and $780 for a chimney liner that they claimed I didn’t have. I had another company come out who informed me I DO have a chimney liner and that the changing of the gas line was not necessary. They installed the same hot water heater that I was quoted for here, plus an expansion tank for $1819 including the labor versus over $4,000. Moral of the story, always get multiple quotes

I have used PP for years. They are responsive, professional, friendly, technically competent & punctual.
The technician today, Dave, was no exception. All I needed was a simple 9V battery in my sump. He replaced it & was in & out of here in 2 mins. & didn’t even charge me for the call which was much appreciated. I will def use them again & recommend to all.
