Thought we’d made a non-emergency appointment to change out our sump pump. A service they advertise. Lrf didn’t show, didn’t text or email that they wouldn’t be here. Totally nonresponsive. Totally unreliable. I wouldn’t hire them to scoop the doggie poo in my yard. Avoid if at all possible.

Another company said we needed an entirely new furnace, we called LRF to get a quote on a furnace and the guy fixed the furnace on the spot!

I probably would have gone with these guys for a new furnace because their cost was better than the competition (and much better name brands) but they ended up fixing it for a fraction of the price.

I will be using these guys from now on.
