If I could 100 stars I would! This was our second opinion to fix our AC unit. We were quoted by the first company $4,500 for a new AC unit. The one we have is only 7 years old! I don’t know anything about HVAC, but that seemed crazy! My husband called this morning and Larry was out to our house within a few hours. He fixed it for about 5% or the original quote and didn’t need to replace a thing!! Good, honest, and reliable work by this company! Unfortunately that kind of thing is getting harder to come by.

I had LRF come out to convert our furnace from propane to natural gas. The technician was timely, professional and worked with the gas company technicians on site to get our furnace running in short order. The furnace runs better then it ever has and is much more efficient. The technician used our parts for the conversion and the net service price was very reasonable.

I contacted LRF again recently to have our air conditioner serviced. I can't remember who I talked to, but he walked me through some things to check over the phone and we ultimately determined the A/C was not in need of service. He could just have easily came out, charged me for an expensive service call and I would have probably not known any better.

It's relatively rare to find a company that understands how important building trust and being professional is. LRF seems to have it down and will have my business from now on.

We are very pleased with Larry and his wonderful staff! He took excellent care of us when our air conditioner/heater needed replaced. He promptly returns my calls, and made a home visit after hours to accommodate our busy work schedule. You won't be disappointed using LRF maintenance!!!!! 5 star customer service

A friend recommended Larry to me when I told her I needed to replace my heating system. Larry was accessible, informative and provided up front information on the units he recommended for our home. His visit to assess our existing equipment was thorough and he fully explained the problems with our current system and why it could not be fixed. Removal, installation and clean up was professional.

I have had several calls with Larry and his team (purchased a foreclosure & it came with a 12 year old furnace/AC we are trying to hold on to). He/team has grounded our gas line, capped our gas in our fireplace, serviced our furnace & AC, replaced our AC evaporate coil and replaced our capacitor.

When our heat went out this past winter, Larry came out very quickly to help us and when our AC went out this summer, he came out the next morning to fix it.

He and his team are very professional and have a ton of experience & it shows. I highly recommend him!

LRF exceeded our expectations in every aspect from start to finish. Our air conditioning quit working on a very hot day. When our usual HVAC company couldn't come to look at it for several days, I called LRF after seeing all of the positive reviews. I am glad I did. Same day service call, and we had a new system installed two business days later for over $1000 less than quotes we got 6 months ago in anticipation of replacing the system soon. Every employee that we had contact with was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Larry and his technicians were fantastic! Me and my wife’s AC went out a few weeks after purchasing a new home. We shopped around and got several recommendations and quotes from other vendors. We ended up going with LRF because of his willingness to take the time to look at and try to repair a few things with our unit before just telling us we needed to replace it. The time he took to look at everything and educate us on how an HVAC system works and the need and benefits of a new one set him apart from other vendors we were considering. His pricing was similar to others, but after researching the products he and the other vendors were offering, we were getting a better product at similar price with LRF. After locking Larry down to do our AC & furnace replacement, he ended up making arrangements to move our installation up 2 days as our house was over 85 and my wife and I were miserable. I highly recommend Larry and his team to anyone looking to replace, repair, or service any part of the HVAC system! Despite the unfortunate situation, my wife and I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Last year around the 4th of July we were experience some 100 degree days and my AC was leaking freon and wouldn't hold a charge. My neighbor recommended Larry so I gave him a call. He came out and we discussed the price of a new AC unit since mine was at least 20 years old. We made a deal and during the installation they discovered my furnace would need to be replaced because all 5 heat exchangers were cracked. Very dangerous and they could not complete AC work until a decision on Furnace was i made. We put a deal together on a new furnace and have been very happy with both AC and Furnace.

I needed a furnace blower relay and found that the parts wholesalers won't deal with homeowners. Larry was great to work with. He made sure I got the right part and the price was excellent. He is a straight shooter and really cares about his customers. I highly recommend LRF Maintenance for parts and have to believe their service will be top notch for the next time I run into a problem that I can't handle.

Larry and his team are great! They are very professional and knowledgeable. Quick turnaround too! They moved my AC and fixed a number of issues caused by the original (different) installer. LRF provided the lowest of 3 estimates I got by a significant amount (next estimate was $700 more and the 3rd company that I gave an estimate wanted to replace the entire unit/system). Thanks LRF! Called LRF Maintenance after seeing their reviews here, I spoke to Larry & asked if maybe there would be an opening in the near future to estimate & install a new gas line in my home for a gas range. He was able to come look & estimate the same day! My husband and I were so pleased with his timeliness that we also asked if they could install 2 more breakers and 3 outlets in our basement as well. We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and consideration of Larry, Ross, and Jason when they came the next day to get the job done! We had a new HVAC system installed by LRF and had a great experience working with them. I had quotes from several Columbus companies before deciding who to hire and LRF was most competitive. After a lot of research we chose American Standard because it has the best reviews in Consumer Reports. Larry took the time to carefully inspect our house and adapt the duct work to ensure the new system would work at optimal performance. The installation crew was very nice, knowledgeable and descriptive. I highly recommend their work.

My husband and I recently moved into our first home and it has been one disaster after another. So, when the A/C went out on a 100º day I wasn't surprised. Every other house call hasn't been the best experience so I really wasn't expecting too much from Larry. Boy was I wrong. Not only did he answer quite a few questions in a reply to my initial email he came out after 7! That same day! On a Friday! He is one of the kindest people I have never met and he was incredibly informative and through. Sadly, our central A/C will need to be replaced. I will however be calling Larry to install the new unit. He has a great level of expertise and I trust he will do a fantastic job replacing our unit. I highly recommend LRF Maintenance LLC.

LRF Maintenance did an outstanding job on the installation of my new gas furnace and air conditioner. When Larry came to my home, he was very attentive to what I was looking for and answered all of my questions in a very informative way.

The install team was very professional and took a lot of time to explain what they were doing and asking me for my input on a few things. I needed my water heater moved to make room for an expanded return air duct, and when I looked at the way they ran all of the plumbing, I was blown away by how nice it looked. They really exceeded my expectations on the installation layout they used. You could tell they took great pride in the quality of their work.

I'm very satisfied with the American Standard equipment and how much quieter it is than my previous system. I'm very glad I selected LRF Maintenance to do this work.

I called LRF because the pilot light on our water heater would not stay lit. When I called, Larry was very informative and explained the diagnostic process and actually sent someone out within an hour to look at it. The technician discovered a leak and advised that we would need to replace the water heater; it was still under warranty and he worked with the vendor to swap ours out for a new one. The install was smooth and the technician reviewed his work with me after he was finished. The experience was awesome and I would highly recommend them!

What can I say...Larry is beyond wonderful to do business with. We had issues with our air conditioner this month. Thankfully, we caught the issue before the heat became unbearable. We were able to schedule an appointment with Larry very quickly. He is polite and professional and does an absolute thorough job. Thinking about replacing an older furnace I called LRF Maintenance and spoke with Larry. In just couple of easy communications over the phone and email, he helped me to narrow options. I had specific questions and he would give specific answers. No usual sales speeches you get from many in this business. Larry did even admit not having an answer to one question but researched it and called me back with an answer. With my description of the house he checked the records over Internet and sent me an email with a quote. There was no need for wasting each other time on having appointment and giving and listening sales talks. Price was reasonable and it was making sense for me to replace AC at the same time. Aware of rebates Larry made me feel good about upgrading to higher efficiency units for about the same money. In just few days after saying “yes’ I had new furnace and AC installed by his experienced crew. Painless down to earth good business as it should be. I am really struggling whether I should recommend him to all or just keep him to myself.
