Sayre has been all around fantastic. First off, as a Christian myself, I am encouraged and appreciative of how Sayre sets a great image of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, through business; a genuine Christian company. They are transparent, honest, very friendly and polite, and detailed. Speaking with Jordan on the phone gave me a very easy and confident feeling that I was choosing the right company.

Matthew is our tech and he was prompt to arrive at our scheduled time. Matthew was very polite, knowledgeable, and accommodative. He was pleased to answer all of my questions and give me a rundown to my HVAC system. My furnace is 25 years old. The reason for our call was that our furnace wasn't producing a complete burn of the gas. Matthew did a full inspection and found that the burners were rusty. He cleaned them up, fired up the furnace and let us know that it made a nice improvement. He stated that the furnace showed it's age but was in surprisingly great shape; though, he forewarned me that it's nearing its end. There were a couple of very minor defects that he found but said that they pose no immediate concern and suggested leaving them be for how old the unit is. Out the door, my invoice was less than a January gas bill, to have the furnace tuned and peace of mind restores.

Jordan stated that they set out to serve the Lord through doing what they love (HVAC) and if the Lord throws them some money along the way, that's a plus. I believe that they reflect that statement.

I called on a Friday after 5pm and expected to get voicemail; however, Jon answered the phone and stopped by 30 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem and ordered an A/C part for me. He then came over on Saturday morning to get my A/C unit running again. Really appreciate the quick response time over the weekend. Would highly recommend Sayre for your HVAC needs.

(THIS IS A LONG ONE) We had two other companies come out before Sayre that did not do a thorough search for the problem - simply recommended a new furnace and provided us with an inflated estimate. One company actually took out a fuse, shut off the gas valve and unhooked the connection to our control panel before they left out (I'm reporting them to the BBB).

Matthew from Sayre did a great job inspecting the furnace and explained everything he was doing. I swear this guy seemed as if he had a previous relationship with this furnace and knew how to push all the right buttons to bring her back around Lol!😂

After looking at everything he discovered that the gas pressure was too low leading to the intermittent ignition. He adjusted the gas pressure, made a few other tweaks and Voila! She was back! 🙌🏽(I hope the other companies see this and take notes).

Matthew even went above and beyond by checking some problems we were having with our gas fireplace.

I have to say as a business owner myself, providing good honest customer service doesn't get enough praise. So when I find a company that has provided that for me, especially at a time of vulnerability (10 degrees with no heat for 3 days🥶), I have to shed some light on them!

Our original HVAC system was installed 25 years ago by Sayre Heating and Cooling. If we ever had a need for service they have always been there for us. As the system was at the end of its life, we knew it was time to be replaced and never considered any other company to do the work. The quoted price was appropriate and the sales and installation team could not have been more professional and helpful in explaining every step of the process and how the system works. The team arrived at 9am and completed the task, cleaned up and was gone by 4:30pm. We highly recommend Sayre Heating and Cooling. Thank you Sayre for being there for us.

My furnace had been shutting off but would run after a power reset. I was a first time caller. I got an appointment scheduled for the same day. They called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. Two service techs arrived and thoroughly went over the system and thermostat. They corrected some minor issues but found nothing major. I was charged only for a service call and advised to call if it happened again and not to correct it myself. Matt and Caleb were professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. What a great experience after using a competitor last year.
