I am so grateful that I found Sayre. I had already tried two other companies who were only able to guess at the problem with my furnace, and the solution was to keep swapping parts, the first of which would have cost over 2k. Naturally, when you are looking to spend that kind of money for a repair, you also get a quote for the cost of a new furnace.

I really thought my choices were to get a new unit or spend who know how much for repairs, so I called Sayre for an estimate only. A friend of mine had recently gotten his heat & air replaced by them and was satisfied with their work and price. Jordan came out and gave me a better quote than the other two companies. He made it clear that he was sales only and that they could send a technician out to take a look before I committed to a replacement. I spent a really cold week trying to decide what to do.

With so much money on the line, I decided to have Sayre take a look one last time before spending my life's savings on a new furnace. Matthew came out and fixed my furnace for the price of a senior discounted service call. Matthew was so polite and really knowledgeable. He could have told me I needed a new furnace and I'd have bought it, but he didn't, he just fixed it. AND he explained everything to my brother over the phone. Matthew also now has the respect of my tech savvy and overly suspicious brother.

I am beyond grateful. I know it won’t be too long before I need to replace it, but at least I know who I am going choose to do the work. These are just good people.

Great experience. Squeezed us in for a second opinion to get a fix for our AC. Instead of being told to replace the whole unit like the prior company, Sayre’s prices and suggested fixes were so much more reasonable than the estimate from the other company.
