Plumbing One was able to clear out our clogged underground gutter drain promptly , professionally, and at a reasonable price! This fixed our issue of water seeping into our basement. I would recommend this company! Zach was very nice and explained everything to me as well....very helpful!

Let's start with the excellent customer service just calling Plumbing One to come out for an estimate. Their estimate was extremely fair and they got me scheduled in a timely manner. David Taylor and Zach came out and their work far exceeded any expectations I had. Not only would I use them again but would recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work done.

I have had an overall Blessed experience with Plumbing On, Dan came out to take a look and gave me the information I needed and then DaveTaylor came out and finished the job with the leaky faucet that I had and I was very satisfied with everything and highly recommend Plumbing One to anyone that needs assistance! Plumbing One, LLC completed my main water supply line leaking issue well. I am the property owner and I had a main water supply line leak in the front yard.

I had called other plumbing company services but I decided to go with plumbing one (my first time to work with them) based on how they were able to answer all my questions from the beginning at a reasonable cost. Dave (plumber assigned to my job) helped me all thru the process.

Dave and Doug (of plumbing one) today completed everything successfully with the city water utilities okaying it by a final inspection.

I would recommend plumbing one again.

Absolute Pros. Installed a tankless hot water system after our 2nd hot water tank went out in 5 years (they did not install either that went out). David and Moose both treated our property with care and were super polite. The guys worked efficiently and got our water back on in a timely manner. I’d hire these guys for any and all of my plumbing needs. 5 stars all the way.

Plumbing one was a 3rd party to a basement company that hit a pipe in the basement bathroom. Jess did a wonderful job keeping me in the loop and making sure I got an appointment as soon as she could get me in. Elaine the plumber came out and did a wonderful job getting the job done and keeping me up to date with what was going on. It wasn’t an easy job but she got it done and cleaned her mess up. Highly recommend.

Can’t go on enough about this company. They always leave me just so impressed with their hard work and kind service ! This was my 2nd time using Plumbing One and as a first time home owner it’s been such a relief to have good help ! Today Dave T. replaced two toilets for me-supply and installation, he did such a great job, very friendly and seems to be a great person/hard worker. I recently had Plumbing One remove an existing bathroom vanity and install a new one that was purchased from Wayfair. The process was seamless from start to finish. Our service tech, Elaine, came to our home and gave us a firm, reasonable quote. Then we scheduled the removal, which only took an hour to complete, and included disposal of the old vanity. After we completed some prep work of adjacent walls and tile flooring, we scheduled another appointment for Plumbing One to come back and complete the final install. In about 4 hours our beautiful new vanity was in place, including all faucet plumbing and caulking. Elaine and all who assisted her throughout the job were extremely friendly and professional, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding! My wife and I could not be more satisfied. We will definitely contact Plumbing One for future plumbing needs.

I had problems with getting my new water meter installed by the city of Columbus/Vepo. Emily worked with me and them to make sure the meter got installed correctly. I'm so grateful for her expertise, and I will definitely call her for my next plumbing project.

I had an emergency leak under my kitchen sink, and Emily was here within an hour to save the day. She knew what to do, did it quickly and did it well. I have used them before and will use them again. Very pleased, excellent service and also was friendly and pleasant.

Plumbing 1 was great. Came out on time like promised. Quick service to fix the issue and gave insight and recommendations on further work that may be needed. Technicians were polite and willing to tolerate additional questions.

After a pipe burst in my basement on Christmas morning and being stood up by other plumbers three times I called these guys on Tuesday and scheduled for Thursday. They showed up on time, very friendly and efficient. After gaining access to the broken pipe, a quick trip to pick up supply's and they were right back and got everything in working order. Even stayed around to make sure there weren't any other problems hiding around once the water was back on. I should have called these guys first!!

I was unable to use my kitchen sink d/t a disconnected pipe in the basement. I called the company I have used in the past on Saturday twice with no response. Sunday morning I called Pickerington Plumbing. They put me on the schedule for the same day. They were to arrive between 2 and 6. Which I was thrilled. 10:15 Shay called and said they could be at my home in 30 mins., if that was ok! I told him absolutely! Shay and Greg were very friendly, professional and personable! They were done within 30 mins. And came 4 hrs early! Thank you for your knowledge and helping me out on a Sunday! Dana W.
