They do not do back flow prevention

Technician was nice and did what he was allowed. Also appreciate the Vet discount. I am disappointed that when i made the appointment, i was not informed that the technician couldn't work on certain brands - namely mine. I would not have wasted the $95 service call minimum. The technician did help by routing some water flow with PVC but that wasn't what i truly needed

Robbie removed a water line that connected to our fridge and installed a shut off valve. He was friendly and respectful, and the work he did was thorough and well done.

The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the arrival window. It was between 8 am-1pm which is larger than I prefer. I did receive a text message when he was on his way, and he arrived about 30 minutes later, although the text did not specify how far away he was. It did, however, name the technician which I appreciated.

In all, I'm happy with the work done which is most important to me.

Techs did not wear Boot Covers and ruined my new carpet! Was promised they would have Stanley Steemer come clean ans now no one ia calling back or making good on their word! Never again! Poor follow up after you pay them!

I was able to schedule an initial evaluation right away and was happy with an honest check up of our old water softener was given options to consider. While we purchased a new one elsewhere, I was impressed with their knowledge and experience and called them back to install it. Got scheduled again right away everything was done quickly and correctly. Great service, top quality work, reasonable prices. Recommend this business to all.

There needs to be higher than a 5 star rating for this company. Pickerington plumbing and drain did phenomenal, fast and efficient work to remedy our backdraft issue with the water tank. Friendly customer service is a hot topic for me and PP&D provided that throughout the process from the call to set up the appointment through installation. 10/10 stars, highly recommended!
