Professional as usual. My own experience + help from friends, I generally handle most projects, but when I’m stumped, I call these guys. They’re customer oriented and they don’t leave until the job is done. 2nd call in approx 3 years, again, I give them 5 stars again. Thanks for your help!

The tech was nice, explained as he went through investigating and listening to the sounds I heard from 2 toilets, which happened to be constantly leaking from faulty filler valve. I did feel that things were over priced because the item, once looking it up, was cheap, but I'm assuming that the labor, per usual, is a heavy hitter. I am pleased with service, promptness and professionalism. I would recommend this business.

helping a elderly friend who's sump pump went out and flooded his basement called for emergency service and never they showed up. His son arrived later and went to hardware store and replaced the sump pump.

The tech showed up lit the pilot light and said that I would have hot water in an hour. Two hours later I had no hot water water . I called and they couldn't fit into my schedule . The lady said it would be Two days until someone could come out and they might have to charge me for another service call. I ask to speak to management, she said that they were not on sight and would give me a call. I received no call . I didn't have them come back. I prefer to pay for work that is actually done. And though this company is listed as a Pickerington company, the emails I received were from California.

ran a camera down my bathroom drain to figure out the gurgling noise in the tub but determined issue wasn’t a clogged drain. Worked with me on the initial estimate, which I greatly appreciated. Since this work was completed the issue has yet to occur. Odd. Would have been 5 stars but didn’t show on time (8-1) and didn’t give me a call informing me of the delay.

Arrived on time and was very pleasant. Took a quick look at leaking water under sink and was able to remediate immediately. Highly recommend!

I'm very thankful someone was available to answer my call on a Sunday! We had a new washing machine installed over the weekend (by a well known home improvement store), and it stopped working immediately. In addition, we had decreased water pressure and resin coming out of all faucets/shower heads. The service techs were on time, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. They determined the issue was our old water softener which is no longer working correctly. It pushed resin into our line due to the water being shut off and turned back on by installers. They flushed the lines and aerators and got everything back in working order. They did it quickly and for a fraction of what I thought the cost would be. Outstanding service!

I had a bit of an urgent DIY plumbing repair that didn’t go so well and needed a professional plumber to save the day. Pickerington Plumbing & Drain responded in a reasonable time and completed the repair in a timely manner. The technician was polite and professional. Unfortunately, after the repair the issue still exists. I will give it 24hrs to see if the leaky bathtub faucet stops otherwise I will be calling back for another service visit. Further updates to come. UPDATE: I contacted the company dispatcher shortly after leaving this review and explained the issue. They contacted the technician to have him return to fix the leaky bathroom faucet. In case the technician was unable to return the same day they set me up with an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived within the hour with a new replacement part as the one I provided for the initial repair was faulty which is why the faucet was still leaking. Within 30 minutes the repair was completed. Great customer service all around!

Short review: overpriced, tried to sell me services I didn't want, didn't get the job done twice.

Long review: I had a floor drain in my basement that was backing up every time I did laundry. I called them and should have been alerted right away not to go with them. Instead of Pickerington Plumbing, I was greeted by Five Star Service representative who then tried to sell me other services I didn't want after I booked a plumper consult.
The plumber was at least on time and was early in the 4 hour window they gave me. They snaked the drain and charged me $406. They did test their work very well because after the plumber left, I ran laundry an did backed up again. He came back a couple hours later with another guy to power-jet the drain line and charged me $1092 for that. The bill also said he used a video camera to inspect the line but he never did. It seems like it worked for a few days but overflowed again. The plumber had mentioned replacing the sewer line if the power-jet didn't work. So instead of dropping thousands of dollars on a new line, I called a different plumbing company. They came out the next day, cabled the drain, and cleared the clog. He showed me the small clump of tree roots and said all the power jet did was wash off the gunk. He also told me to take lots of pictures of the work because I got swindled. He charged me $240 to fix the issue.

I called Pickerington Plumbing back to see if I could get some money back and they said they would pass it on to a manager. The next day, the manager calls me back and said because I used a different company to fix the issue, their work was no longer under warranty and they wouldn't give anything back. I asked about being changed for using a video camera to inspect the line when I know they didn't. The manager told me they don't use it if they feel like they don't need to and still wouldn't refund anything. I'm never using any service related to Pickerington Plumbing or Five Star Service again.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and professional. I would certainly recommend him to others and we may need him again at a later date/time
