I recently had my water heater replaced from Wilson Heating. Without going in to boring long winded details, I'll get to how awesome this company is- especially the employees. Coming home from a 3 month Arizona trip Easter morning at 3:00 a.m. I discovered my furnace was out along with my water heater leaking all over the basement floor. I called Wison first thing Easter morning hoping that someone could at least come out some time Monday/Tuesday to help me out. The very pleasant customer service person said lets got on it right away! Within 25 minutes I had a very kind and friendly technician at my door Easter morning! She was there for the furnace but put a work order in for someone to come the next morning to help with the water heater. Even though she could not resolve the issue with the furnace, she had all the parts ordered, and asked if we would like some space heaters to keep us warm until they could complete the job. ( How nice was that? ) Jason Beatty (very knowledgeable and trustworthy) arrive first thing Monday morning. After investigating the water heater thoroughly, he then explained all my options . Shortly after that, the installer David Beatty showed up and did an outstanding job installing a commercial grade water heater in just a couple of hours. He was extremely intelligent, and very courteous and explained everything that he was doing and how everything worked. He was very careful taking out the old heater and bringing in the new one without even a scratch to the home. He wanted to make sure I completely understood everything he was doing and kept asking me is there anything else he could do for me. He cleaned everything up like it was brand new and then thanked me for the business. I would highly recommend Wilson to anyone looking for a quality trustworthy HVAC/water heater company. The technicians from Wilsom Plumbing, Heating and Electric are extremely knowledgeable. They find solutions other technicians miss. They are also friendly and ready to answer all your questions. I totally recommend Wilson.

Had them replace main box, outside meter, and install a grounding rod. All for way to much $. They were 4 hours late for the first meeting. (scheduled 8am-12pm) shows up at 430 at night.

Then the install of my breaker box was done poor. See pictures. Thanks for the hole in my wallet and my wall.

Wilson Plumbing & Heating replaced my 20+ year old Lennox WhisperHeat furnace, humidifier and air conditioner unit. Installed new Trane Premium System for furnace & ac including Aprilaire humidifier. Technician, Isiah Pittser and Jimmy Dillon did exceptional work replacing & installing new units and both were very professional and addressed all my questions. Extremely happy with Wilson’s service and highly recommend them for any hvac work needed in your home.

Please proceed with caution when using this company. I hired them to do electrical inspection on Friday 4/19. In order to solve the problem they had to take down all ceiling fans/lights and open each outlet. Tim was able to resolve the problem quickly. Great job Tim! After a few hours the power shut back off. They were able to immediately get out a tech on site that Saturday 4/20. He was able to locate the issue which is great. Upon him leaving I asked if all ceiling fans were in working order and mounted on the ceiling he said yes. We had a tenant move in on the 24th and send me the following picture of the bedroom. You will notice the ceiling fan was not put back up after the tech left on Saturday. I understand the ceiling fan wasn't mounted properly prior. If this was the case then inform me and put the ceiling fan back up the way you found it. For you to leave a ceiling fan on the ground is unacceptable. Please reference the email from Saturday that doesn't include picture of the bedroom. They also want to charge me $750 for a problem they created.

Brian Hughes performed maintenance on my furnace. He was very professional in his presentation on the condition of the parts in the internal workings of the furnace, showing the wear and tear and giving me options for what to do in the future with my older furnace. Live with the condition as is now, Repair any parts as needed in the future, or Replace the furnace at some future date. He is the type of technician that I would recommend for anyone needing furnace maintenance or repair.

Joe our installer did an amazing job! Phillip and the advance team were awesome as well. Definitely recommend.

Sincerely appreciate Dylan’s professionalism and ability to concisely explain our issue. We look forward to him installing our newly ordered battery.

Stephen E. did a great job. He pointed out issues that were not up to code that prior technicians never mentioned. Glad to have these issues addressed before major issues happen.
