Owen was great. He was on time, polite, and explained everything thoroughly. He installed the new water heater quickly.

Called at 5:30 on Sunday morning told 8-10 am for service call , tech showed up after one pm , because he started at 1.only to find out dispatch is in Chicago and I am in Cleveland. The 1 star is for the dispatch flat out lied about time frame for service, if I would have known I would have gone to another company. The plumber that came out to replace my water heater kept apologizing for the office, it put him in a bad spot. He definitely knows what he’s doing replaced my water heater , like he was replacing the one in his house , he gets 5 stars, very bad first impression

Called for sewer line service. Was given same day time options. Picked a time. Received a message that the tech was ready earlier, awesome! The tech Owen showed up asked questions and explained services, agreed to the work and he got right on it and in short time resolved the issue. Owen was great!!

Our Roto-Rooter technician, Andrew, was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, professional and helped us with our task in a timely manner. Very pleased with our service.

Terrell was absolutely wonderful! He explained everything right down to the letter, worked for over an HOUR on my clogged kitchen sink, cleaned up afterword, and my animals adored him. 10/10 would recomend roto-rooter and Terrell again.

A very skilled group of plumbers completed a large pipe replacement project. The lead plumber, Doug, was especially competent and a very nice man. It was expensive, but worth it.

Owen was professional, polite, and very efficient. He determined our problem, suggested and implemented a solution. Very pleased with his work.

I cant say enough good things about Chris. He truly went above and beyond for my family. We had an issue that we weren’t sure was a simple fix or larger problem, but for Chris it didn’t matter the size of the issue, he was willing to do everything it took to get it resolved. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He worked many hours, missed lunch, and well beyond what he initially thought the job would entail with no complaints and constant friendly conversation and a great attitude and demeanor. We were extremely lucky to have Chris assigned to us when we called Roto Rooter for help.

He spent over 4 hours working tirelessly to fix a very difficult issue and didn’t give up . When the situation called for extra support, he immediately reached out for help, showing both professionalism and dedication.

Andrew was very professional. I had someone at my house and the problem fixed within 2 hours of me calling, even in the middle of a snow storm. Excellent service!

My technician Carlo was a relief to work with. He and his assistant were very professional. He walked me through every step of the way. They solved my problem cleaned up and it didn’t take that long. Will definitely suggest Carlo to family and friends.

We recently worked with Chris on a plumbing issue we had. He spent over 6 hours at our house & gave nothing less than 5 star service. He was nice, knowledgeable & had a great sense of humor! He answered any questions that we had & left the place tidy after the job was done. Highly recommend Chris!

Roto-Rooter scoped our floor drains in basement and concluded we had a broken pipe underneath our basement floor, then quoted $12k+ for repairs. Dubious of this, we hired a 2nd respected plumber and he found NO drainage pipe breaks under our basement while painstakingly real-time reviewing his live camera feed with us throughout the process. Turns out, our basement water leakage was from water coming in from outside; a re-grading of earth to slope away from house is the fix.

So glad we did NOT use RR for this work & they've been dropped from our call list.

Owen did an amazing job very informative and fast and friendly especially during this weather and it was. Emergency call if I could give him 10 stars I would definitely will recommend him again for any service that someone may need

I’ve used Roto-Rooter for several small repair jobs. When our shower faucet broke, Owen came out and worked late to make sure the job was done right. He was incredibly friendly and explained everything in simple terms. He made sure everything was clear and went the extra mile. A+
