Cabling five drains, then installing a new toilet, and repiping the pipes under a sink, Robert was efficient, friendly, and kind. The work was well done. We were glad we turned to Roto-Rooter to take care of our plumbing needs!

Aaron was kind and professional. Handled the repair quickly and efficiently. My cats and dog loved him lol. Price was higher than expected but what isn’t more expensive these days? Aaron offered a coupon that helped bring down the price a bit and I appreciated that.

During Cleveland arctic period had a pipe freeze and burst. Roto Rooter responded on Sunday and fixed the leak. Then their water damage crew came and removed all damaged drywall and insulation. All personnel were friendly efficient and thorough. Very pleased with their work. Highly recommend them.

Robert did a fantastic job unclogging my sink! We weren’t sure if our disposal had gone bad or if our sink was just clogged. He was very patient and did an amazing job at hearing all our concerns! He explained several options and even gave me a long term plan on other concerns we wanted to fix in the long term. Definitely will call back if we have any issues and ask for Robert in the future!

I had an emergency water heater leak and Roto Rooter fixed it in a timely manner. Carlo was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was with my water heater very clearly. Great prices and great work! Thank you!

Pipe burst due to cold temps. Roto-Rooter got someone to come out VERY fast (even though it was late on a Saturday) and help fix the problem. Owen was transparent about pricing, did a great job communicating what he saw at every step of the way, and provided me with options where applicable. Very satisfied with RR and they’d be my first call should I have any problems in the future!

Absolutely terrible experience.. first off they came out and the guy was complaining right off the bat about the roads. And how he shouldn't have to work on days It's snowing. He was in a terrible mood . He got in, spent 4 hours working on a clog. It was just one line when he arrived but when he was done and said he couldn't finish he managed to clog Every line in the house. I told him there was a clean out outside but he said it was snowing and did not want to go outside and do it. So he made the problem worse! And this is a Airbnb property . I gave him my credit card number and they called at 9:30 stated they were done and cleaning up. I figured everything was done And they would use the credit card. He even stated they were done just cleaning up.. I went to sleep. At around 11:00. He tried calling back and I didn't get it because I was sleeping. Apparently he wrote down the wrong credit card number and instead of doing the logical thing and calling back in the morning he called the police department. Keep in mind my company did over $10,000 with this company last year. And to top it all off I went to the property with a small hand snake, and went to the clean out that I told him about. Within 15 minutes I had everything cleared and operational. I am not a plumber. I am not a drain cleaner.. charged me $500 for doing nothing except making the problem worse. DO NOT USE Roto-Rooter

We have always used Roto Rooter for any plumbing, severe issues and the service technicians are great. We’re always given detailed information that helps us to make the best decision at the time. Owen did a wonderful job. Very kind and courteous. He made sure my drain in the basement was running through efficiently. He went over other issues that could happen in the future. I respect his honesty.

What a mess! Bad Sewer Repairs done in the past led to roots growing through the loose joints causing a big blockage. The two Technicians removed the bad repair and cleaned out the pipe, then replaced the damaged area with new pipe. GOOD JOB!!!

Chris did a PHENOMENAL job I will be using roto rooters for what ever I may need he was so knowledgeable very respectful. He even offered me additional resources through the company that I can utilize in the future . I love how professional he was. And the work that he did was great he took away all my worries. I will be recommending this company to all my family and friends and to my job !

Owen was are tech. He was amazing. He did great at keeping us informed on our plumbing issues. He was polite and treated my mom and I with respect. He did not 'dumb down' the information. He cleaned up wonderfully. These may be a little thing by themselves but they make the world of difference.
