Worst Christmas tree ever! I will never buy another thing from Black Diamond! After paying $175 for the tree and delivery, I called 4 days later to inform them that the tree was not drinking water, I was given a song and a dance as to why by Mike!! I needed this tree to make it to Christmas for Grand children!! Horrible customer service and feed lines of bull!@#!!!

Black Diamond has the most knowledgeable staff I've ever found at a garden center. They are friendly and yes, they may be a little more expensive, but for the knowledge it's worth it.

This my third season. Have had Kurt the whole time! Very efficient and always willing to take a little time to answer any questions I might have. Lawn looks FANTASTIC!

Great place to go and get landscape and garden plants with a large variety of options. We took pictures of our house along with dimensions and they drew up a master landscape plan which worked out very well.

Called over two weeks ago to have our yard sprayed and they never showed. My husband called again last week, they said it was due to the rain. Ok, I'll give them that, but it hasn't rained in days now and they still haven't shown so I called today. First she said it was due to rain and I called her on it and told her if they couldn't come today, don't bother. So she said she would have the person spraying the lawn call. Six hours later he calls and leaves a voice mail saying, "sorry, I didn't make it out, but I was busy taking care of my Full Time Customers." Let me tell you buddy, you don't get new clientele this way. They also made it a point to tell my husband they don't work weekends, maybe they should think about it.

The guy there recommended the totally wrong product for my grass I found out. It did not work nor could I seed or do anything else with my lawn for a long time after I used the product he highly recommended. Very disappointed

I have been using Black Diamond Lawn Service to fertilize for a number of years.For the last two years we have dealt with the most rude miserable elderly man! He does a terrible hurry up job and our lawn has suffered! Customer service doesn't care!

Poor first impression. Plants were infested, they stated they were aware of the fact, yet were still selling them at full price with no apology. Constant walkie-talkie conversations back and forth at the check out counter. A very commotious and unpleasant experience.

First time. Awesome place! Great value, beautiful plants. I purchased my veggies and berry bushes. (Way cheaper than Home Depot) I look forward to heading back in a couple weeks for my flowers!!!!!

I usually get all my plants here, but I went a little later in the season and things were very pick over. They probably were very busy the two weeks prior to my visit. They always have healthy, beautiful flowers and plants yearly.

Large amount of stock with competitive prices, so less money buys more. Wide range of plants, equipment, chemicals, pots, and even bird seed. Probably one of the largest supplies of plant materials in Toledo. Staff is well versed in plant chemistry and botany. Very nice people. I've been going there for years. You won't be disappointed.

This review is for their lawn service. I called to get a lawn analysis which was done quickly and was left on our door as I was at work. The price was higher than the postcard advertised but before we could discuss it and make a decision they came back and treated our lawn WITHOUT our consent, and left a bill for $131 on my door! When I called to find out how and why this happened I was told the driver authorized it, putting it in the paperwork like he had spoken with me, which he HAD NOT as I was at work. The woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and did not even apologize and seemed put out that we weren't going to just proceed with the program. I will not be paying for something I did not authorize and I would never recommend this company. The woman on the phone needs to take a class on customer service.

I have been a Black Diamond customer for many years and the previous owner of my house (grandmother) had them for what seems like forever. The lady who I've been told is the owner that answers the phone for lawn services is extremely rude, she talks over you ever time you try to say something on the phone and is very disrespectful to customers. She needs to learn customer service etiquette 101. As an owner she should be respectful to her customers that keep her business a float. Congratulations Black Diamond, I just canceled my services and will go to one of your competitors that cares about their customers!

The young man who helped us was so helpful and courteous I wish he worked everywhere I shop. Great service, knowledgeable, friendly. I would highly recommend doing business here

this review is based on the customer service, I never got as far as to receive a lawn care service from them. From the very second I called, the woman on the phone had quite the attitude and made me feel like an idiot for calling about sparse grass. Customer service is part of my job and I would never speak to a customer in the tone that she spoke to me. I never leave negative reviews, but I would advise taking your money to someone who has good people working for them.

They everything you need for flowers, veggies plants, all your garden needs can be filled here. Great knowledgeable & friendly staff. Also spray lawns have been doing mine for a few years now. Love my Black Diamond.
