I love Black Diamond. Some things are kinda pricey so I don't buy them there but others have good prices and the employees are very friendly. When I first started my garden a few years ago, they helped me through the whole process and it was a success.

Nice store. Nice ppl. And hopefully, unlike the Walmart grass seed I bought, this shady mix fills in nicely 🙏🏾

I've been a Black Diamond customer for the past four years and always appreciated the prices and selection. I've gotten many of my perennials here as well as annuals. The Perrysburg location is also fantastic!

This past weekend I so appreciated their kindness especially as I was shopping with an injury. I checked out and was pushing a cart out with my plants on a flat when they toppled over. One employee came right out and helped me gather them up, and a manager told me to replace the few that had broken free of charge. That gesture communicated so much - thank you!

Fantastic selection of native Ohio perennials, especially pollinator plants.

Melissa helped me out picking out the best varieties and quantity needed for a "community garden" project that I am working on.

Prices were very good, much better than the other local nurseries, and many of the plants were locally raised.

Highly recommend them. Wish I would have taken some photos. I will next time though.

They must have purchased their Christmas trees from Krispy Kreme this year. Needles falling off faster than the snow is falling.

Best place in town. If it's green, they can help. I've been a customer for 30 years at least.

I called the store for the first time and spoke with Amanda who was very kind, friendly, and had excellent product knowledge. Amy was very kind too and billed my credit card over the phone. Scott picked out a beautiful Rose of Sharon for my mom and had it ready for pickup when I arrived and was so helpful, friendly and explained the planting instructions to me. Riley was very kind and brought it outside and very carefully secured it in my vehicle. The service from start to finish was amazing! Thank you all so much for the outstanding customer service and care! What a beautiful garden center and amazing team!!

Family Ran Business with not enough experience. Too many jobs for a day gets brushed off, due to not having enough workers... Very unprofessional staff that poorly train workers then turn around to quickly fire them.... Their reputation was built off of older staff. I would suggest working for or with them for landscaping needs.

My family has used this company for many years, recently the company has done some transitioning and with that they have started to become a bad business. The work crews are rude, obnoxious, the management staff does nothing to fix the problem and their service has gotten worse over the years. Just recently they changed their fee schedule but did not bother to inform clients and started charging more. Then they recently did a job at my parents house and left piles of grass just laying around and didn't bother to try and make the mowing job look nice. I at this point would never recommend this business to anyone until they can get their act together.

Driver in Perrysburg ran a school bus stop sign. If they cant do whats correct driving i wouldn't trust them on my property.

The guy who came out to grind the tree stump was polite and professional. He did a great job and great cleanup. Great price too!

Bill came to the rescue where all others failed. A really tight spot with the stump against a wall and with very little room to manouvre. Bill did a brilliant job. Thoroughly recommended. 5*

Don't know what their issue is, but they came out to give me a quote while I was at work two weeks ago. Never called me with the quote, won't return my messages, never answer the phone, and now their mailbox is full and I can't leave any more messages. Must have gone ghost on their other customers too.

If I ran my business the way they do , I'd be out of business in a week.

No show on 2 days, I left a job to come pay them cash and missed out on making money myself to be there to pay these clowns...(1st no show) Friday...
Then told they would be out on monday , NO show ....(shocker!)

Then after being told don't bother coming out! in two separate phone calls, They call the next morning on tuesday and say "they will be there in 10 mins" Seriously ? yes they are that stupid ! Lucky they didn't show up , I'd escort them off my property with force......

They quoted us $400 for a job that another company with a 2 man crew did for $250 including the tip ...

These guys obviously do not want to work, I had a guy literally knock on my door and ask me if I wanted the stumps ground as they were in the area looking for work,,,can you believe that ? I said "hell yes " literally after being stood up by Affordable stump removal day #2 . 1 hr later and $250 it was done ....

You guys specialize in Fail ! Avoid these clowns ......

To begin with it took several phone calls with no return calls to finally talk with someone, that should of been my first clue. Second no written estimate, it was a cash deal. I spoke with Bill the owner in my yard, the intention was to plant a red maple in the existing spot. He suggested removing a section of fence to get his equipment in the yard, I stated that was not an option. He said not a problem that the stump could still be removed for an up charge. I agreed. He was paid as agreed upon. Bill said the stump was removed just brush away the fill and plant your tree. To my dismay all he did was level the stump with the lawn. I called him, he said I never told him about planting a tree and hung up on me!!! He never came back to make it right. What a crook! Subsequently a freind removed the stump and the red maple was planted......
