Toby does a great job with every problem you encounter: pet stains, hair, unknown stuff. He gets rid of it all. If he runs across something he’s not sure of, he’ll tell you. Hardworking, honest guy that just gets the job done. Have hired him twice now and will again in the future

Cleaned our sectional, did a great job and they got stains out that we thought were permanent. The cleaning smell didn’t last more than a day and it all dried in a couple hours. Would recommend for couch cleaning.

Toby is great. We had an emergency and had never worked with Toby before. Even though he didn't know us, he came out late at night and worked through the whole night until the job was done. Twelve hours after he left, he stopped by to make sure everything was OK. We couldn't ask for better service from anyone. Toby is friendly, dedicated, and professional and his prices are very fair.

For professional and quality cleaning of your carpets, this is the place to go to. I originally contacted this company on the recommendation of a freind who raved about how quickly the carpets dry after the cleaning and the fact that the stains don't have the "come back factor". She was right. My carpets look as good as new (except for the wear of being 13 year old carpets). I would recommend this company to anyone.

Professional, amazing, made my 15 year old carpet look like new. Not soaking wet, spray for stains was not smelly, and he left sit a bit before ysingvthe machine on it. Also cleaned my steps and they came out so nice. Would highly recommend.👍

My carpet looks wonderful! It looks like new. The guys are friendly and listen to what you would like to have done. They have been to my home probably four times now and I am always pleased with the results!!

There is no doubt that there services are always excellent. I love there customer service as they are communicating from the time they leave there office to my drive way. I am always pleased with the end product; especially with my dogs who have accidents once in awhile. They are not the cheapest but the product is well worth the price. They are a company who I continue to use for the last 5 years. See know reason to change a great thing.

Toby cleaned the carpets and did an exceptional job! He pre-treated some stains, took his time, and left the carpet almost dry. His equipment had rotating brushes for deep cleaning and equipment was very quiet. Recommend highly!

Chem-Dry was the best choice I could’ve made when looking for cleaning services. I have a cat that was having some urinary tract issues and if you’ve dealt with cat pee
before, you know it’s a pain to clean. On a whim thought I’d give Chem-Dry a try after using another company didn’t not get out the stain or smell. Toby was quick to come and give me a free consultation and we scheduled a time for cleaning. Again, best. decision. ever. The cat pee smell was (and still is) gone! The stain reappeared a few days later, but I was warned that that might happen because of how deeply set the stain was and the previous cleaning, and he came back to lift out the stain free of charge. They were professional, easy to work with, and backed up their promise. If you have pet problems like me, they’re the best choice.

Chem-Dry of Monroe Lucas is an awesome company to work with. They have been out to my house two times so far and I'm due again before winter comes. They are excellent at pet stains. He uses an ultraviolet light to detect where your pet stains are located so he can apply the extra stain remover before actually cleaning the carpets. They come to my house in the morning and I leave for work and they lock up when they are finished. They are a very trustworthy company in all aspects. We have had Toby and ChemDry clean our carpets annually for the past 20 years. Toby moves all our furniture and replaces it when finished. The carpets are almost dry when he is finished and they look beautiful. With four pets in the house, a lot of fur accumulates from the shedding. ChenDry's process truly removes the hair and cleans away any other dirt that builds up over a year. Toby is professional and his rates are extremely competitive.
