:I had Chem Dry do our carpets for the first time about 4 months ago. Toby with Chem Dry explained the process and was very helpful in moving furniture and putting plastic underneath the legs of the furniture. The nice thing is that the carpet dried very quickly. After 4 months, the carpet still looks great. I highly recommend using Chem Dry.

My carpets needed serious help! The guys did an amazing job. They explained the steps involved and even took extra time to get stubborn stains out. I’ll never have anyone else clean my carpets.

The guys that came out to clean my carpet were great! Somehow all of the pet stains and smells were removed, even the vomit stain I had tried to remove for months. They were transparent, professional, and got the work done quickly. 5 stars for sure!

Toby came to clean my carpet today. It wasn't horribly dirty, it just looked worn where the traffic pattern is. He brought or back to life! I use a Dyson to sweep and it works pretty good....at least I thought it did. Toby cleaned up quite a bit of cat hair I was not aware I had on the carpet. I left shortly after he did and came back to a fresh scent not the smell of cleaning chemicals. I am so happy with the job and highly recommend Toby at Chem-Dry!

The absolute best carpet cleaning company I have ever encounter! I used other carpet cleaning companies and was unhappy with the job they did. I thought I would try one more and I'm so glad I did! Amazing customer service and beautiful job cleaning! Floor was dry in 2 hours! And when the very next day my daughter smashed a raspberry in my new clean carpet I them back. They came out and he used this spot cleaner that took the stain entirely away!! I bought a can to keep at home.

If I could, I would give 6 stars! This is the best company for getting your carpet cleaned. I was amazed at how great my carpet looked when finished. I have a cat and I vacuumed before the cleaning began, and was shocked at how much more cat hair he pulled out of the carpet with his equipment! Toby was very professional and friendly. It was obvious that he took pride in doing a great job and that he did! All stains were easily removed, the carpet dried very quickly and I will definitely use them again!

Toby and Chem-Dry were very professional in every way and did a great job on our carpet cleaning. I recently moved into a new place and had Chem-Dry do the carpets/tile. The entire place looks and smells incredible now! Chris called ahead with ETA. Measured my spaces and reviewed the cost. We talk about some of the stained areas and established expectations. Chris worked his butt off, going to his vehicle for additional supplies in the torrential rain, poor guy was soaked. Carpets look great. Disappointed one area in one of the rooms couldn’t be improved- but, I know he tried really hard and had told me he didn’t know if it could be improved. Left me with instructions afterward. Each time I deal with Coit, I learn something new: this time, dealing with edge ravels.

They ran into complications on trying to drill into duct work and taking off vent covers. Some vents were damaged and they lost a few screws when they put vents back in place. They did a good job, but noticed there was quite a bit of dust clumps left over inside furnace and duct work when I had my furnace inspected a couple weeks later.

So I call this place a month and a half ago to set up carpet cleaning for pet stains and to check price of hardwood floor cleaning. Now I will admit I did a same day cancel and tried my best to explain hey this is my fault my fiancé threw a disc in her back out and we are at the emergency room. I literally had to carry her from my bedroom downstairs and put her in the car and she's on the er table getting a shot in her back a epidural.
So we schedule 3 weeks out the pricing/visit. I was VERY specific about the fact that I needed both as I have family visiting for a week and they are extremely important. I was assured this is set in stone and not only thay I got 3 calls during this time to confirm. During these 3 calls I explain I recently heard that they do duct cleaning and I need that as well. I am assured that yes they can quote when they come,, I ask EACH time ok my pricing is set up for Friday and my service scheduled for Monday. I talked to some lady and the only other lady and am assured yes service Monday and pricing Friday, I again explain my family is coming and I need it done and am told no issue at all.. guy shows up Chris and is super polite easy to talk to I ask him hey i also have this rug can you do that as well. I am told price is 130 due to wood county has higher tax and it is $130 and that they will throw the area rug in as it will take 15 minutes. I ask 4 times and say hey I have no issue paying for it. I am assured each time that they can throw it in. Then he calls and they say I have no apt scheduled. So then we go through explaining this and I get nothing but attitude from the lady saying well you cancelled same day, so I have to explain what happened and talk to the manager. I go hey a little taking care of me for this situation would be nice. Now I have to find someone to clean the ducts within a week which is probably not going to happen. He saulys sure I'll do something on the $70) floors when you schedule. I said that's fine.
I get q call later same day explaining I'm set up and Monday should be later in afternoon 3-5 I explain no issue. Then Monday comes.
The guy gets out with a attitude I try being super cool hey can I move anything for you is everything ok, here's the foot traffic only area and the rug. Instant there's no rug. No one has rug down here, this will make me late for my next job. I'll call, So then he calls and doesn't say anything just walks in and starts moving things, I ask if he needs help and get told no. I ask what he found out about the rug, he said I was told to get started and see what I can do, I exain the guy Chris quoted, ask if he knows, yes he's a good guy. Ok, I walk upstairs and then notice he's pulling q cord from the house (hasn't started anything). He says just got told to leave.

I call in to speak to Dan and ask what is going on and after 5 calls and being ignored and then transfer hung up on I get him. And he says yea we don't have this many miscommunication and I think you should find someone else. I try asking what sence that makes as he's sitting in my home and it's a room, at this point if you can't get the rug I don't care but the carpet needs to get done. No I think we should just go there's to many issues, issues about you're people not writing down what they quoted, what services I asked for, and then show up with an attitude and then you want to leave me with less then 7 days to get this service that you told me you would do done.

I will make sure to block this phone # and I will let every single person know this experience and how I was left high and dry and would be EXTREMELY happy to talk with Dan's supervisor. I have never felt more disrespected and just left out to dry in my life. Go somewhere else. Hopefully my mistake isn't yours.
