From the estimate (on time and quick) to the actual work completed...A+++. I hired them to clean a slate kitchen floor with colored grout. Phenomenal results! Very pleased. Would definitely use COIT again!

Chris and Kenny came out today to clean our heating ducts. They were very professional and polite. As a mother to a newborn we knew of the importance to clean our ducts free of dust and allergens for our son. When we came back back to the house after they cleaned the ducts we noticed a huge change in the heating of our home and it was set at 68. We were so impressed that the guys will be back Monday morning to clean our carpets as well for 30% off!!! Can’t beat that for a cleaner 🏡 home!!

This company was top notch!!! They cleaned all of our hvac duct works and then carpet cleaned our flooring all within a day. Chris and Jacob was very knowledgeable about what they were doing and very professional. They checked with me several times making sure I was happy with the services they provided to me. I highly recommend this company if your looking for your duct work to be cleaned and carpet cleaning to be done...btw, they use their own water to clean and not yours!!!

This company was far beyond my expectations! From the call ahead to let us know they would be coming within the hour, to their respectful and professional attitude and personalities while cleaning our air ducts and carpet. Even with a small hiccup, they maintained professionalism and were wonderful to us. They even cleaned off the vents and cleaned the floors where they were when in the house. They told us tips and tricks to maintain our vents and carpet, no other company I have worked with to come in and clean has been so open with us - we are so appreciative for it. I have used COIT Services for many years for carpet and grout cleaning. I’ve always had wonderful service. This past week after a party left my two area rugs looking ragged, I called COIT on a Monday. I asked if there was any way they could pick up the rugs, clean them and have them back by Friday. They came within an hour of calling and took the rugs.
On Friday they delivered them and they look and feel brand new. Very happy A+ service

Jacob did an excellent job of getting our kitchen floor grout looking like the first day we laid it. He even called to close the gap when he would arrive. Would recommend them to anyone looking!!

My dryer vent pipe wasn't installed correctly, so lint was leaking out into the area behind the dryer. The guys used a lot of aluminum tape to ensure a good seal and promised me that no more lint should escape into the laundry room. Fingers crossed. They were quick and very professional.

My carpet looks as bad as it did as when they got here.Didn't do any good at all.He should have said he couldn't fix it.he should have told me before he did anything, he didn't tell me until after he finished it wouldn't work on traffic areas!

I have used Coit for many years and have been satisfied every time. This time they took my nasty dog rug and continued to clean it until they made it presentable again. Coit's work ethic is beyond compare!
