Tech arrived on time and did an excellent job getting our carpets very clean without leaving them really damp. We were able to get things put back together after just a few hours. The only reason for just 4 ⭐️ is the front living room was missed in the estimate and consequently I don’t think it was cleaned. I never noticed this until later in the day and confirmed after checking the bill. I called and explained the situation and asked to get them back to clean this room. I’m still waiting for a call back to get this scheduled when they are back in our area. Otherwise it was excellent work.

Honestly, I did have a problem with an odor that the first cleaner couldn’t get out but I called and promptly received a response and another technician was out in less than two hours and cleaned and deodorized the area again. It looks and smells great. Very friendly and professional and I will most likely use them for my routine carpet needs.

I am very pleased with the job that they did. My old carpeting ( which hadn't been cleaned in 20 years ) looks great and when the newer carpet they cleaned didn't come out as well as I wanted they went over it until they got the badly darkened traffic pattern clean and looking beautiful. The technician that did the work couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend this company to anyone

I cannot say enough about COIT..service outstanding from the start (phone call) to completion. The men who came out, amazing!! Not the only time they came out to restore my white sectional ( my pups.grandkids, body oils..human and pups, not to mention grandkids) But also, they educated me of the do's and dont' s in caring for sectional. The aspects of their service, is one of a kind and rare to find these days. Thank you!!

They did such a fantastic job. I didn't expect them to be able to clean both of my bathrooms my kitchen AND my basement in the allotted amount of time, but not only did they do it, they left my house SPARKLING! I'm beyond impressed with their work and will definitely be working with them again.

I have to shout out to this company, they donated their time and skills to help us get our daughters home ADA ready for our grandson who was in a near fatal accident. First time to to use Maumee Valley Professional Services to clean my floors and they did an EXCELLENT job. Best clean ever! I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am extremely unhappy with this company. I purchased a new house and the previous owner paid MVP to fix the electrical and plumbing work upon closing. Eight weeks later they finally got back in contact with me to schedule a time. They called me on multiple occasions at 7 a.m. even after I informed them I work second shift and cannot take calls that early. They have rescheduled three different times now. Today we had an appointment scheduled at 9 a.m. and they never called and never showed. I have called them and nobody is answering the phones. I would pay twice as much to go through a different contractor. I would never recommend MVP to anyone.

MVP has cleaned my carpets a few times. Cheaper than anyone else I could find and the carpet dried faster than any other time Ive had them cleaned. Totally recommend. 5 stars.🤩
