Was very pleased of the timely matter to get out to my house within 24 hours of making a phone call service. Guy was very polite knew what he was doing. Fix my AC unit within five minutes and back up with AC. Thank you so much great job.

My experience was great from start to finish! The receptionist was kind, courteous, and professional and got me booked quickly. James, who serviced our A/C, was professional and quick! He was able to accommodate us sooner than our booking as well! He took a video of the problem and helped explain. Prices were reasonable. Service was great. We'll be reaching out again if we have any issues in the future.

Our AC had to be repaired. In short, the unit needed a part and luckily they had one on the truck and it also needed refrigerant. It now works great! Jeremy, was awsome, he communicated very well and would recommend him in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Great service from the first quote until the final installation. They didn’t just say sure here is how much a furnace costs we walked over moving the furnace routing the exhaust pipe what type of furnace would work best with our setup. Anytime I had a question it was immediately answered. Great service.

Another 5 star review for Complete Home Comfort Services. This is my 2nd Google review. This time I had maintenance service done by James Richter as part of my VIP maintenance plan. I just wanted to be proactive & make sure all is well with my furnace before winter 🥶 hits.

Not only was James very knowledgeable, but he was also very honest and informative with me. Took the time to answer all my questions.

He also educated me on some things about my furnace and did not try selling me anything. I could tell he knew his job very well and is very experienced. I would recommend James to anyone for any furnace repair or maintenance.

My furnace went out Thursday evening. I had a friend come over Friday to look at it. My friend knew the problem but unfortunately was not able to fix it, but as it turns out I guess fortunately was not able to fix it. I called comfort heating and cooling Friday evening at 6:15 and set up an appointment for 8:00 a.m. the next morning for someone to come out and look at it. Surprised me that they would answer at 6:15 on a Friday evening but I guess you're they're available 24 hours. The technician, Joe, came out promptly at 8:00 a.m. and did his inspection. He found the problem and was going to be able to fix it for inexpensive price but then up on inspection of the rest of the Furnace he discovered there was a major problem that they could not legally fix the small problem until the major problem was fixed so a very cheap fix of maybe $100 and ended up being I'd have to fix a probably $2,000 part before they could legally fix the furnace. From what they said too that the problem was kind of a severe and dangerous problem. I proceeded to get a quote on a new furnace because my old furnace was 24 years old and I wasn't thinking that kind of money into it not only did they get a very good quote but I got a great quote!
This is the second time I've dealt with this company and I highly highly highly recommend it to anybody. Their technicians Joe and Caleb last time are excellent. They are honest prompt efficient and friendly. 10 Stars to them.
