Eric Johnson is a kind and courteous man who is straight forward about the issue at hand, as well as the options to correct. He has repaired my furnace in the subzero temperatures of winter at my condo, and most recently the ac unit at my house in the record breaking heat! Always quick turnaround time for the repair (same day, or next if a specific part needs picked up!) Eric will continue to be my first and only HVAC service call!
