Our furnace went out on a Saturday on one of the coldest days of the year. They were at our house within 2 hours and went all the way across town to get the pet we needed. EXCELLENT service and great price (much less than competitors). This is also the 2nd time we've used them and will go to them again in the future.

Heather is amazing. She went out of her way to do everything that was needed for me, and it really was not in her job description. The price I was quoted was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again!

This is a true story- I have to say that bc this is pretty unbelievable. Previous to having Scott come to my house, I had 2 different people out who owned their own companies. They both told me I needed a new compressor, which means a new unit. There were red flags with both people that led me to believe I couldn't trust what they were saying. The 1st person actually damaged it so it wouldn't work. The 2nd person, after glancing at the unit, started to tell me that the 1st guy had damaged it, then switched it up. He told me I needed a new unit, it would be 4500$ and I absolutely had to get it done now bc next year it would be 10,000$. So both were suspicious, but I thought, there was no way 2 different people would actively try to scam me. WRONG. Total comfort had done an excellent job at my parents and my mom insisted i call them and get an honest and competent opinion. Scott came out and discerned that what both companies claimed was wrong was in fact, incorrect. He fixed it for 215$. I have an adult disabled son who has heat induced seizures. I also have several rescue animals with various health problems. I can't afford a 4500$ unit, and Scott could have absolutely backed up both companies and told me I needed a new unit. Instead he did the right thing. The moral of this story? Trust your instincts. If you have a nagging feeling something isn't what it seems, get a 2nd or in this case, a THIRD opinion. He really made a difference in our actual lives and I honestly will always be grateful.
