Having new boiler installed. Wrong burner x3. Dunbar installed incorrect burner to get us some steam... But refuses to wire the burner up! Well past 30 performance window.

A very unprepared contractor. Treats employees poorly and habitually lies about safety standards while continually violating OSHA standards. Poorly prepared and puts workers safety at risk on a constant basis. The cleveland division from supervisors to foreman is particularly disgusting. Lowers standard of safety while consistently lying and forging documents pertaining to safety training. Very disturbing . Unprofessional, and low quality of work. Buyer beware! Stay away.

I got a true fridge and warranty through this company . Got water leak inside fridge so I Call them out they found out it was drain line clogged. So I have to pay them . That’s ok
But they only here for 30minutes
And they charged me for 1.5 hours labor plus trip charge . The guy told me I have to pay him $112 per hour to drive to here plus trip charge

Amazing people to work with. My restaurant has many old coolers which require constant upkeep. Our coolers going out could mean alot of lost business. Strause is there quickly to insure that we don't have much downtime. Every technician is knowledgeable and pleasant. I have recommended Strause to many of my fellow restaurant owners.

We hired Strause five times to fix the same cooler, and here we sit with a broken cooler. Going into our busiest week of the year, Strause dropped the ball— leaving us high and dry. But they had no trouble fleecing us for $2,714, including a shameless $69 charge to drive a measly 3 miles. Outrageously overpriced. If I could give them less than one star, I’d do it in a heartbeat.
