Good service fair pricing.

I called on Wednesday they came out and looked at it on Thursday and had it fixed and running by Friday. They are amazing and we'll worth the call!!!

Highly recommend was Accurate and on point with services no additional charges were applied very clean and Definitely knew what they was doing. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

No call no show to repair furnace after paying the $80 service fee for them to come out and see what was wrong with my furnace. I called multiple times leaving multiple messages with no response. It seems this is fairly common if you search the company name on the BBB website. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Bad business report! Jason Gutierrez with @J&M Heating & Cooling. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this company his integrity is definitely lacking. Several no call no show, dodging phone calls, and false promises. He put in a noon heating and air duct system. When it was notice that the duck work needed to be adjusted and some fixed he never answered his phone. He has been avoiding phone calls and text messages . To now he has blocked my phone number. This is completely unacceptable. we have had to call on another HVAC company to come and fix what he refused to fix. And during that inspection it was found out that he also never wrapped the new ductwork with insulation nor did he use sheet metal tape on the connecting pieces causing I’m the duck work to sag. 

Company was brought in to repair heating system. They cut huge holes into the ducts and never came back to finish the work even though I called them multiple times. I even offered to pay additional as an incentive. Upon bringing in another company I found out carbon monoxide was being exposed within my home and a few rooms were not even connected properly in the duct system. And the air filter was missing completely from the new heater put in. I do not recommend this company. They started out good but ended terribly. Huge disappointment.

Awesome job J&M! . I called on Friday inquiring about having a humidifier installed on my furnace. Jason was out on Tuesday to take a look and give me an estimate. Installation was done on Thursday, he also repaired a leak on the flue line that was dripping water. Very professional, very polite and informative. I highly recommend them.

We got three quotes for a new furnace and we ended up going with commodore! Ian was great and their warranty is 10 years for labor and parts which is really awesome…would recommend for anyone needing a new furnace in Toledo :)

When my heating bill shot up last month I figured something was wrong but didn't know where to start looking. The technician from Commodore explained that my furnace filter was completely clogged and showed me how the dirty filter was making my system work twice as hard to push air through, which made perfect sense once he broke it down for me.

Having your furnace die in winter is never fun, but dealing with Commodore made it a lot more bearable.
The estimates we got for 3 different combinations, were all in line with our needs and less than other HVAC companies quotes. Decided on a heat-pump & furnace replacement, installed 3 days later!

My furnace stopped working completely and these guys actually fixed the problem instead of trying to sell me a whole new system. The technician explained what was wrong in plain English and had us back up and running the same day. Been nice and warm ever since and the price was reasonable for the work they did.

Our furnace started making weird noises last week and the technician from Commodore really knew his stuff. He explained exactly what was wrong in terms I could understand and got it fixed properly the first time. Nice to find someone here in Toledo who actually knows what they're doing! Been running smoothly ever since and our heating bills even went down a bit.

Called Commodore when our furnace started making weird noises and they had someone out here in Toledo within a few hours. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running before dinner time. Really appreciated how fast they responded since it was getting pretty cold in the house. Service was professional and the repair has held up perfectly.
