I bought a fairly expensive toilet from you( $500) a Kohler. It did not come with a Kohler seat, which I was later told was odd because Kohler is pretty picky about having their seats on the toilet. After installed it never worked properly, so I called to see if you had a service man that could come out to see what was wrong. I was told to wait for him to call. He called and basically said I lived too far away for him to service it. ( I only live a half hour away) he proceeded to tell me well I could come out but you will not want to pay what I would charge you to come out there. He kept saying it was not worth his time. How do you sell a product and not even be willing to service it? I was prepared to pay for him to come out but he pretty much told me no. I found this to be very rude. And considering you were fine with selling me the product and then won’t even attempt to make sure the product is working correctly is extremely bad customer service. I am sure if a corporation called and was a hour away you would have made sure they were taken care of. Very bad service all around, you should not sell products if your not able to make sure they work properly, and to say I am out of your jurisdiction is just crazy. So do you tell everyone a half hour away no?

What a great place to find the plumbing parts you need. Was able to get all the answers i needed too. Doing business with a family owned business is so refreshing. Ty. There is no way i could find these parts on my own at the other big box plumbing places.

If you need help with plumbing, this is the place. Walter came up with a way for me to get a shower going on my old bathtub. Nowhere else in toledo could help. Godbless Walter and his daughter who work hard to help you out.

They let people freeze now my 3 month old and fiancé and I have frost bite on our toes thanks a lot pshhh absolute failure

Woke up this morning with absolutely no heat. We called Absolute and explained our situation and they took our information and said they would have a technician give us a call. They were out within an hour and the issue was fixed!My family and I appreciate and would recommend Absolute to anyone! THANK YOU ABSOLUTE!!!

Compared 3 HVAC companies and Ultra provided the best price. We scheduled our new comfort system and then got struck with Covid. Of course, we pulled back from our new comfort system for safety, but as soon as Ultra Heating heard we were safe and Covid free, they immediately scheduled our install for the next day! They were very professional and maintained safety while working. They did clean work and we're extremely happy with our new system. 5 out of 5, but I would give them a six out of 5 of I could. I highly recommend their services and will tell everyone I know what a great job this team did.

Our water heater started leaking quite a bit of water at the bottom. We needed to get it looked at right away. We called Ultra as soon as we noticed it leaking and they sent someone out within 2 hours. They came back the next day with a new water heater and installed perfectly. I can not say enough about how great of a job they did. They will be our only HVAC contractors that we use in the future!

We have used Cross Since we bought our house in 2015. My mom recommended them, and they are honest and nice people. This year we had to replace the furnace and Bill Sr came out and gave us estimates. Fair and honest pricing and labor. It’s a family business and we will continue to use them for all our heating needs. Our heating bills have also gone down.
