Nick came out today and serviced our AC unit before the big heat wave expected next week. We couldn’t be more please with the service and attention to detail. He also was very prompt in replying to our maintenance request. It’s refreshing to find someone reliable these days. We will definitely be utilizing his business again for our future HVAC needs.

Spartan was an excellent choice for our central air installation. Nick was extremely responsive, professional, and communicated throughout the process. He provided options that made sense for our home. On installation day, Nick and his crew were thorough and got the system installed without any issues. We highly recommend Spartan and will use them again.

We had been dealing with a very stressful leaking water heater situation at our house, and I wish I had contacted Spartan sooner. Nick came out right away to look at things and it was immediately apparent that we were in the right hands. He took time and care to evaluate the situation, and he demonstrated a high level of professionalism and knowledge when explaining to us what the issues were and what needed to be done to fix them. All is now fixed and in great working order. Will not call anybody but Spartan for any future issues.

We are beyond relieved and impressed with the work Nick and his crew at Spartan did for us. Nick came out initially and provided an extremely thorough assessment of our leaking hot water tank water and other issues regarding our AC unit and furnace. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us in explaining everything so we could fully understand. He was prompt in getting out for the initial assessment, on the weekend no less. Just days later we now have a brand new hot water tank installed, the leaking old tank gone, and the entire issue rectified. We are SO relieved to have this taken care of and to have had Nick and his crew the ones on the job. We will be utilizing them for all of our furnace, AC, and hot water tanks needs and servicing from here on out.

Nick thoroughly checked out the issue I was having and turned out that I just needed a new thermostat installed. He remained professional, on time (early even), fairly priced and honest. I called about my issue around 9 am and it was fixed by 2 pm the same day. Thanks!

Nick was professional and courteous at all times. From first inspecting the furnace to replacing it a year later. He took the time to explain every aspect of the job and advice on how to keep the furnace running at optimal performance. Never tried any up sale tactics, just straight forward options we felt most comfortable with. In today’s economic times, any home improvement can be costly. But Nick will shake your hand and look you in the eye and give you honest answers about pricing, installation, and scheduling. Excellent service. Nick came out same day we called for service. He was quick with his quote and ordered our furnace after we agreed with his quote. He offered to lend us few space heaters when our furnace stopped working. The new furnace arrived in 1 day and Nick was promptly arrived to install. Nick explained in details everything we needed and everything he did. His professionalism and skills are super. Nick was very professional, detailed, excellent work. He explain all our options for our furnace replacement. Once we selected what we wanted, it was installed and in operation without a issue.

The owner, Nick, came over to my home for a routine spring-summer A/C inspection and to look at some temperature variations in our three bedrooms. He took the time to explain everything -- what was happening, what the options were, what he was going to do to make things better. Nick is knowledgable and competent and even nicer to talk with. And after all that time, I was only charged for the service call. I literally suggested that I should pay more, considering the time he spent talking with me and answering my many questions. This was, honestly, some of the best customer service I've ever had -- for anything.
Spartan Heating and Air was recommended to me by a friend. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.

Nick responded quickly as planned and readily got my furnace going again. What I particularly liked was his explanation of why the furnace stopped and recommendations going forward. He also removed an unused humidifier unit, increasing the furnace's efficiency and removing mold-covered ducts. I would highly recommend Spartan to anyone looking for an expert to service their furnace / air conditioner.

Nick came in after we got a ridiculously high quote from another company to replace our AC. He offered a much better deal and was incredibly transparent and clear with what needed done. If we ever had a question he never made us feel silly for asking. He was very transparent with the timeline for when equipment would arrive and when he would be able to install. Outstanding service. Hot water heater blew on Super Bowl Dunday afternoon. Nick, the owner was out within an hour. He set it up so we at least had water. Explained everything we would need. Got back to me first thing Monday w pricing and availability. Installation completed by 10:30 am Tuesday. Very professional.

Over the last few years they have always been reliable when the furnac, thermostat or A/C unit has needed repairs. This year the very old furnace went out one week, and the hot water tank the next. They came out within a day both times and replaced the units. Haven't had any problems since.

Had to get new installation for my bathroom fan and dryer vented to the outside. Called and had the owner Nick come out next day for free walk through and quote. Nick explained to me what he would do on each process and sent me a quote same day right after visiting. Was able to schedule and get work completed within just a couple days. Really appreciated the quick response and I think it says a lot that the owner was ON SITE working with his team not just supervising. Nick was very personable and professional - he even remembered my son was sick and asked me how he was doing. Will definitely call if I have any future HVAC needs.
