They’re the best. They explained everything so I could understand. I’m sure they’re overworked this time of year but they are so kind. They are fast and thorough. Also, they had to turn my washing machine off mid cycle and before they left they restarted it 🥹 I would recommend them to everyone!

after speaking with the owner he said he would refund me 100 dollars because the service man that was supposed to come called in sick and he sent who was available he then offered to come to My home to give me an estimate this never happened so I'm left with a broken boiler and no idea who to call next because the boiler still has to be replaced

Great experience, very professional, and very knowledgeable on my older style boiler. I highly recommend calling them for any heating and cooling needs.

Our AC went out yesterday and someone from Voegeli came out today to fix it. Luke was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything. He ended up swapping out the capacitor which is an $8-$15 dollar part. It took him less than 5 minutes to do it. Then he also spend another 5 minutes spraying out the AC Unit with water to clean it out a little. We were charged $304 dollars. Having a bit of a markup is warranted, a company needs to make money. But that markup and that price is slightly outrageous. $95 for the service call and $209 for the $8 part of labor is nuts. (Why isn't the labor part of the $95 for the call?) Based on the amount of time worked, if they are charging $200 for labor (not including the $8 for the part or the service call) then they are charging about $500-$600 an hour for labor.

My mom did not have heat for 2 weeks and was working with over 5 hvac techs. The owner of the company was in and out within an hour. I will be using this company going forward.

They took over a week to come and then sent a inexperienced tech who just changed my filters. And they got $1500 from pathways. Now I have no furnace in the middle of winter. This is my reply you did NOT clean my furnace and my filters where brand new! Just because you can't figure out the problem do NOT lie about what Happened. Totally horrible Business! If you keep it up I will go further with my complaints

Most important part to me was that they took my concern about my furnace serious like others didn't. But luckily everything was fine! I had a great experience with the installation of my new funance and AC in April of 2023. Unfortunately, something went wrong with my AC and it ceased to function during the heat spike the last week. I called at 8AM on 6/21 to request service and recieved no response. I called again at 4PM on 6/21 and they profusely apologized for not getting back to me and promised a call from the service team soon and I recieved no call. I called again today at 9 AM and again the receptionist was apologetic and told me I would recieve a response soon. I still have had no phone calls.

I understand they may be busy and I don't expect to have my AC fixed immediately if there are other customers. I would just like to get a timeline as to how long it will be so I can evaluate my options and call another company if the wait would be too long.

It is an unfortunate situation that the year old system they installed went bad on me, but I cannot understand why I can't get help from them after this incident occured. I feel I have no choice but to work with other local contractors to fix my issue.

Can't say enough. Nick was quick to respond for a quote for a whole replacement of both units. As soon as I decided it was a yes, he made sure to work around my schedule. It was done very quickly and with no disruption to my days. Nick explained everything to me before and after. I feel completely confident that I will will not freeze this winter. Highly recommend!!

Our 26 year old air condition system stopped working and Spartan came out immediately. In the process of inspecting, it was determined our system was shot as well as the furnace with several cracks in the heat exchanger. Spartan quoted and got the equipment right away and even installed everything on a SATURDAY at a reasonable price.
