Luke was great, very thorough and professional. Made sure my system was ready for the winter ahead. Made some great suggestions I appreciated as it is a new home for me. Definitely would recommend.

Dan was awesome. Explained everything very clearly. He was prompt and friendly and got my AC working in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend them for your heating and AC needs.

Wow, I'm really impressed with this company. Wonderful customer service, honest, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Even though I hope I don't need to call them often, I 100% now have any hvac needs on lock down. I can't imagine ever using someone else.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. Even in the middle of summer, they came out two days after I called. Dan was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as he discussed what was going wrong. Even little things he did--cleaning up some drops of water on the floor so my daughter wouldn't slip, hosing off my AC unit outside because he noticed some build-up of leaves and grass--just showed how much this company truly cares about customer service. As he said to me, the company doesn't just want to service us once; they want us to be customers for life. You just don't find service like that these days. I never once felt pressured into anything or as though he was hoodwinking me in some way, which is the vibe I get from other people since I'm a first-time homeowner. If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would. I don't even usually feel compelled to give reviews but I am today because that's how much I truly appreciate the service I received.

Amazing service. The office was quick to answer the phone, professional, and got us on the schedule right away. Even more impressive was the techs showing up within the hour. They were clean, honest, and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I called Voegeli because of their long history in the business and excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. Dan replaced a blown capacitor, inspected and tested the system and added coolant. He took his time and the cost was very reasonable.Thanks.

We have issues with our furnace and Voegeli Heating & Air Conditioning went above and beyond. Just fyi they called us back with a part before even the original people who inspected it, found out it wasn't the issue the other place said it was, but a cheaper part that is connected to that part. When that wasn't a complete fix the tech explained everything and though he said it wasn't 100% and will get us through the season, it's working well and was honest, transparent, and friendly. All pricing was fair. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. They have my future business

Voegeli was highly recommended by neighbors in our FB group. They were also the first to be able to send someone over to us, same afternoon. Luke was a sharp technician who knew exactly what needed checked, troubleshooted, called the owner to confirm everything, went and got the parts, which were in stock and had us back in business with the heat on - the same day - just a few days before Christmas! He was super nice, friendly and explained everything he was doing, too. So grateful!

Just had a new furnace installed and we are very pleased with the service! Dan and Rick were so polite and very knowledgeable. They also cleaned up their work area real well too! I highly recommend Voegeli H&A! They truly are the best!

Dan and the Voegeli team did an awesome job removing my old furnace and putting in a new AC and heating unit along with digital thermostat. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped me in making a very good decision on what to install. I had problems with my home insurance and getting a bundle package because my furnace was so old. When I replaced the furnace I saved $200 a month alone ($2,400 a year) on car insurance. I was also extremely happy to see that my electric bill was pretty close to being cut I half. (around $350 a month during the summer to $150 and this summer was the hottest ever). In a few years it will pay for itself. I can’t wait to see my savings in gas during the winter! I would highly recommend Voegeli Heating and Air Conditioning!

I called Voegeli Heating because they were recommended. Crystal arranged an appointment to meet my schedule. Rick came to the house, calling and arriving earlier than scheduled. He was very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the problem we were having with the furance. It was fixed and running within an hour! The cost was very reasonable too. We would recommend this family owned and operated business to anyone needing service!

Their technician Luke came out and repaired my central air conditioning system today. He did a very fine job and was efficient. He kept the cost conservative. He also gave me some great advice on how I use my system, and the type of filters I should use.

Rock solid service on multiple boiler repair jobs/properties in 2025.

Wow just Wow! When your AC goes out in 90 degree weather, it is no joke! This leads to a lot of anxiety when it is time to make a big decision. It is so hard to find companies that deliver and complete jobs like they say they will! Well they did!! Thank you for your hard work and great customer service. If you are looking for a company that is true to its word, gets the job done, and it doesn't take forever, this is the company!

Posting an update as I need this company's service again. Even in the height of their busy season they made it out on the first day I called and had all repairs completed faster then they initially planned. We again could not be happier.
Very professional and honest company. Upfront about services and price. They did not have any sales pressure and didn't attempt to sell anything that wasn't needed. The service man even taught me about the boiler in my new home even though that wasn't what he was there for. I recommend to everyone.

Our air conditioner stopped working when the air quality was on alert because of the smoke from Canada, and the temperature was high 80s and low 90s. I have asthma, and with the windows open, I knew it was not that great for my lungs. With the windows closed, we were sweltering. Even with the windows open, it was extremely hot inside our house. My husband called Voegelie Heating & Air Conditioning the day the air conditioner stopped working. We were expecting to have to wait a number of days to get it fixed because of the high volume of people having issues. They managed to find time for us the next morning! Luke called us to let us know he was on his way. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He even petted our neighbor's cat. We now have a working air conditioner for a price that we thought more than fair. We are so thankful for this company and will continue to depend on their great service.
